Winter Haiku

I smell the cooked pudding

I can smell beef cooking

I can smell roast potatoes drifting in the distance

I see carrots falling off snowmen

I see snow falling like rain

I see children building snowmen

I hear wind bellowing

I hear lots of laughter

and snow falling

I hear children screaming in joy

I taste pudding, carrot and roast potatoes

I feel snow slapping off my tounge

I feel cold snow in my hand

I feel raisins when I build snowmen

I hear happy screams in my poor ear
