Jake was sitting on the couch.When suddenly,the light was starting to flicker.Jake was scared and nervous.A few minutes later,thunder was starting to strike and so did lightning.

Jake was too scared.In fright,Jake scurried up the creaky,dusty stairs to tell his mum.To his surprise she was sleeping.Jake started to feel more worried.He started to bite his finger nails.

When Jake’s mun woke up she asked”What is that noise?.”Jake did not answer.The room was silent.All they could hear was the thunder.Jake  felt like he was in a horror film.

In a matter of minutes the windows flung open.The wind blew Jake’s mum’s hair.The wind whistled through the house making it cold.Both of them were scared.What happened next?
