Rules For Keeping Happy: 7 Steps!
Step 1. Sit on the sofa with your pets or your stuffed animal.
Step 2. Put on the TV.
Step 3. Before you watch your show, make sure to get popcorn. It makes life a lot better when you have popcorn in front of you while watching your favourite movie/series/show!
Step 4. Scream as loud as you can to get the stress out of you (that was from school.)
Step 5. Keep a smile on your face, well at least try.
Step 6. Jump about!
Step 7. Get a cup of coffee.
