Desert Rose’s are as dry as an empty lake , the petals are as dusty as sand , the pollen is as hot as an oven, leaves are as brown as chocolate because of the sweltering sun, the stem is as green as the top of palm trees and the roots are like sharp, shiny scorpion legs.
