Walking Bolton Parish

Adventuring Bolton Parish

On Monday, I saw a spider hole more than ten inches long.

On Tuesday, I found miniature bottles in KS1 awaiting to be drank.

On Wednesday, I touched a lovely world globe with all of the different cultures in the 196 countries waiting for someone to fly to that country.

On Thursday, I smelt fresh air when we were out adventuring.

On Friday, I heard tall trees rustling in the whispering wind.

 My Weekend at Home

On Saturday, I collected a purple gemstone which shone in my eye like it wanted me to pick it up.

On Sunday, I smelt cheese pie being cooked ready to be eaten by kids.

The burning dragon

The dragons eyes are like two orange flames, burning in the darkness.

The dragons skin is shimmering red, like it’s been painted in fresh human blood.

The dragons jaws are as powerful as a great white sharks, clamping around it’s prey.

The dragons teeth are like feral, snapping piranhas, sharply shredding and slicing through it’s victims.

The dragons tiny, lava coloured scales are like hard pieces of flint rock and arrow heads, covering it’s enormous body.

The dragons spines look like a trail of jutting, giant,  red bones going down it’s back.

The dragons veiny wings soar in the sky like a colossal bats, encrusted in burning embers.

The dragons ash coloured talons look like unbreakable, dead dinosaur teeth.

The dragons razor-sharp claws, look like a dark sea urchins spines.

The dragons molten fire spews out  from its mouth like an over boiled, erupting volcano.

What animal are you?

You are a slow snake slithering through the sandy Sahara Desert, trying to find some shade.

You are like a tired, growling bear really needing to hibernate.

You are as noisy as an elephant, trumpeting and stomping through the deep, dark jungle.

You are like a dancing spider spinning its web, shimmering in the midnight sky.

You are like a shy, camouflaging chameleon, trying to blend into the background.
