Back from another world By breeanna

Dear Breeanna

Here in Narnia has been great . First I fell into a river, after that I went sledding with my friend. Then in the afternoon I went swimming in the pond,  that is like 11 meters long. Then we went walking in the woods and we thought that there was something behind the trees but it was just one of my other friend trying to scare us. We also saw a dart frog and a rabbit coming along with us. Then I went to my best friend house and we played hide and seek  it was the best night!

The volcano dragon

The volcano dragon

There are different kinds of dragon and one of the most dangerous one is the volcano dragon.

Would you be able to recognise a volcano  dragon ? They are a similar size to a normal dragons and have many distinctive features. Volcano dragons have a small tail, round body and razor sharp teeth. Their

bumpy scales cover their whole body.

The dragon would live and sleep near a volcano, it breathes flaming hot fire if anyone or anything comes near  it it will get scared and the dragon will throw it into the volcano.

This dragon will eat anything that comes near. A lot of children and adults have disappeared because of the volcano dragon. It will even eat a bird if it comes near you it will eat anything.

Volcano dragons are dangerous because they eat people and breathe flaming hot fire. People, birds and anything that comes close can disappear.

The Dragon

A wide snapping jaw

ready to have its prey for the next day

His wide fierce

eyes staring at its prey

His poisonous claws

trying to kill its prey so it can eat it

His wide, scaly wings

fluttering in the wind

His long, tail

swooping in the freezing cold wind

His  rough, hard skin

 flying in the wind

His  scales are bumpy , shiny

ready to sleep in his cave

His wide feet stamping in the wind

ready to sleep in his cave

You are a

You are  a glass statue trapped in a cage of tigers wanting their food

You are  the memory of my Granny poison’s   cold thin hand clutched close

You are the poem’s  threads , tied together like a lace

You are December  with a froze nose, frozen toes and frozen hands

You are the taste of a tear        smudging a sad faced person walking on a path

You are the taste of words like lemons, the sun yellow of a canary but sharp as salt
