The pirates of Novalia

A petite island full of mystical wonder.  Children hear magical stories and desire to go there.  Some identical twins – called Posie and Fredrick – are on a mission to find the petrifying  pirates of Novalia.

Standing next to an amazing airship, they gasped with their jaws dropping to the floor and eyes darting at the ship. Woah! They glanced at each other and  as quick as a flash, they were in the airship and unpacking their suitcases.

In their suitcases they included…

  • A jar full of golden, glowing fire flies so they can find their way through the night
  • A shiny, silver sword so they can fight the pirates if they get in their way
  • Super terrific jumping boots that can jump over things at twenty meters off the ground
  • Never ending sweets so we have never ending energy
  • A uber fluffy pillow to rest our heads on.

They couldn’t believe how quick the day had gone, the lovely blue summer sky had turned into a devilish black…

Six things found in an elf’s backpack.

A glistening bauble, used by Santa, to check if we are following in the right path.

An ink pen, that is seventy five million years old; the pen writes on it’s own so you don’t have to worry about writing anything.

A clear jar of the Northern Lights, so you know what the children want this year for Christmas.

A wish from God, (that is light), so when you are in the dark, you have God’s light to bring you out of it.

A bottle of fire flies, to guide you through a starry night.

A mystical reindeer, to fly where I want with the golden, glistening glitter behind me.

Is the dragon really a victim?

It’s fluttering wings like leather, are as loud as thunder.

It’s strong tail could crush you if you get trapped.

It’s dreadful mouth is like a mouse trap waiting to pounce.

It’s claws as sharp as knifes, tearing it’s prey apart.

It’s spikes like a metal stair case.

It’s teeth as white as a dove, yet as dangerous as the devil.

It’s dark, deep eyes stare at it’s victim.

It’s shiny scales overlapping like the tiles of a roof top.

It’s head as hard as a pyramid brick.

YES IT IS!!!!!

Peter’s halloween by Darcey

Halloween night came and the whole of New  York City were getting ready. There was a boy called Peter and he was dressed up as a skeleton. He reached into is bag to grab his trick or treating bowl, placed it down by his front door and went to get some sweets with his friends. Later on, at eleven pm, he and his friends came across something.

“Don’t look behind you…” whispered  Peter’s friend.

Summer by Darcey JMPS

The smell of chlorine while sitting on your sun bed,

silky sand rubbing against your toes.

Strong sea waves washing jelly fish away,

the scorching sun reminding you to put factor fifty on.

A taste of a strong flavor of  tropical cocktails,

all the animals getting ready for Autumn.

Autumn by Darcey JMPS

The crackling orange leaves laying on the ground lonely,

a melting marshmallow sinking into the hot chocolate.

Conkers clashing together while people make natural art with them,

happy family’s all under blankets watching winter movies.

Animals getting ready to hibernate.
