When I put on the red mask I saw

a raging fire,

a Canadian flag

and a cherry ice cream.

 

When I put on the yellow mask I saw

a lighting bolt,

a honey dew melon

and a star in the sky.

 

when I put on the orange mask I saw

a sunset,

a orange

and a orange Fanta.

 

When I put on the green mask I saw

a spiky cactus,

a crocodile

and a emerald city.

 

When I put on the pink mask I saw

candy floss,

flamingos

and a tulip.

 

When I put on the purple mask I saw

a bruise on a leg ,

an amethyst crystal

and a dance floor .

 

When I put on the blue mask I saw

the blue lougoon,

a parrot

and a butterfly.

I wore the pink mask and smelled

pink cotton candy in a campfire,

raspberries in the forest

and a rose in a garden.

 

i wore the baby pink mask and saw

a pink book in the distance,

some pink shoes

and a pink hair band.

 

i wore the hot pink mask and tasted

a cherry in a garden,

a slice of ham

and candy floss.

I wore a magenta mask and saw

a peony blossom,

a lazy pig

and a pink flamingo on one leg.

I wore the blue mask and saw

The land of flowers dancing in the air ,

a lake near the North Sea

and a bit of love in everyone eyes.

 

I wore the yellow and smelled

A lemonade with little stars in the night sky,

The corn and butter with the best sun light

and a field of daffodils.

a field of dancing poppies ,

The best camp fire

and a sour strawberry’s hanging from there plants

 

There are all of the primary colours and they are proud

A Rainbow of Masks

I wore the red mask and saw

a red and orange cracking fire,

the sky was grey

and there was a man sitting by the fire.

I wore the green mask and heard

someone cooking some broccoli,

and a man cutting the green grass

and frogs jumping in a pond.

I wore the yellow mask and smelt

butter being spread on toast,

someone eating corn

and the sun shining on me.

 

I wore the pink mask and felt

the sticky candy floss,

a slice of ham

and my skin.

Scent of the masks

I wore a yellow mask and smelled
a banana flavoured drink with banana slices,
became a banana master
and learned how to make a banana levitate.
I wore a pink mask and tasted
sweet and sugary Candy floss that is really fresh and yummy,
a gummy flamingo with some fluffy marshmallow
and some delicious yogurt.
I wore a purple mask and saw
juicy grapes getting eaten off the vine,
a dinosaur named Barney cheering for his friends
and someone using their history book for homework.
I wore a red mask and touched
a juicy apple with a glossy outer layer,
a fire raging to tons of houses
and poppies getting picked off the ground.
I wore a blue mask and heard
the juice dripping from a juicy blueberry,
an eyeball blinking to another
and a scuba diver swimming.
I wore a white mask and tasted
some roasted marshmallows on a campfire,
a blank and clear A4 page
and a goofy face with clown face paint.

The different shades of yellow

When I wore the golden mask,

I smelt a pot of thick,sweet,golden honey

and luscious smelling sunflowers stronger than ever

when I wore the golden yellow mask

I saw a vibrant wasp buzzing around

It was brighter than the fiery sun.

I saw bright tulips dancing under the stars

gathering the moons light.

 

when I wore the orange yellow mask

I smelled a crackling ember fire.

The Mask Of Home

I wore the mask of home and smelled

A freshly baked cake from the oven,

the dog’s shampoo at the door

and a cat climbing the smelly damp roof.

 

I wore the mask of home and felt

a beautiful cat laying on my bed,

The fluffy blanket on my bed

and the Tv controller on my lap.

 

I wore the mask of home and heard

my family laughing cheerfully,

one plate clinking onto the table

and the sound of drinks being slurped quickly.

 

I wore the mask of home and saw

a cat climbing the countertops,

the dogs playing outside together

and my family having fun.

 

I wore the mask of home and tasted

the air filled with freshly baked pastries,

lovely dinner(spagbol) in my mouth

and the fresh air in the garden from the plants.
