chapter 3

Logan’s summer felt longer than ever extended out on the couch like a lazy slug, he went on a stroll, around the streets of houses going to shops he’d never been to,meeting  people he’d never seen before.

 He found flowers like marigold,violets and lavender. Unlike the busy city,the countryside was beautiful and quiet and Logan liked it.

 

At midnight, he went to the woods to meet Ayla. Sometimes she would disappear into the darkness and come back with worms and grubs.Sometimes he would lay on the floor and let Ayla climb on him while listening to the robins sing beautifully she left very quietly and slyly.

 

 

Logan was worried that someone might find out about Ayla,During the day,she hid deep in the oakwood forest,where the grass would hide her, her scales would make her disappear.

 

One night in October,Logan heard a hiss and a scream.He recognised that it was Ayla and immediately shot  up his chair.  

There she lies as Aisha stood there so terrified facing Ayla. “L…L…Logan.” muttered Aisha.

Furthermore, the forest of apple trees is going to be cut down because people 

Are taking parts of the tree and selling them because it is a rare wood . They have stolen such a special material.It is used by crushing it and using it as a medicine and other special things.It costs millions of pounds to buy one piece only.

In addition,Neverbelieve Island is under threat of pollution because of people littering too much on their visit.Our beaches have a special rock that people throw into the ocean and it weighs so much that it drops on animals and kills them.

All of  our rivers and lakes have bacteria killing all animals and they might even become extinct .It is unbelievable we work so hard to clean

Lavender flowers are as purple

 as a blackberry the stems dig deep into the soft soil and has a grip like a snake 

And it wraps around you not letting 

Go. The flower pollen smelt like a

Cloud. The stem was as tall 

As a ladder  that reaches the

On Wednesday,I found a rock all by itself waiting to be moved near the other rocks.

 

On Thursday, I touched the books on the self waiting to be picked

 

On friday, I noticed flowers bloomed all over the ground in the tall grass
