The Bitter Autumn Day by Isabel
One quit autumn day bitter leaves scrambled across the roads and crunching under foot. Suddenly Gemma and Penelope stumbled across some it was the fact that they could hear reverberating voices coming from an abandoned house. For 200 years people have believed this has been unused since the 19’s which was why it came to their surprise. It has also been known as haunted and unknown. Gemma and Penelope had never believed in ghosts. As they stood outside of the house glancing at it. The door creeped out open and they heard footsteps slowing walking down the corridor.. BUT THEN!
The Abandoned Bike
The ancient bike lent abundantly against the tree.
Chunky chains turned and rattled.
Pedals clicking and clashing together.
The light reflects onto the road creating spotlights that cast on the floor.
The mud guard grabbed the wheel and clenched against it.
The bike lent against the tree like close friends hugging.
The seat held tightly and grabbed the hoping to not wobble of because it’s rust.
The moss clenched against the bike.
Lights curling at making its way up the tree and passing all the cracks creating the tree to crumble.
A thick coat of dust covered the bike.
Who are you? By Isabel TJS
Who are you….
You are a statue in a museum behind the glass
frame creating a smell of metal rushing around.
You are a glowing shadow reflecting on to
wooden floor.
You are a star shooting through the solar system against the illuminating night sky.
You are a collosal wave closing onto the people leaving them in shock horror.
You are a poodle pacing up and down.
You are a flower forgotten at the side of the road.
You are a pen stuck in someone’s pocket.
You are a forgotten star in the illuminating night sky.
You are a cracked mirror like a broken spider web.
You are the end.
