Chapter 3-  THE OGRE

Hopkin and Peskin finished the plan, they were going to get Mo back. “Right…so do you know the plan?” Asked Hopkin (he was the smart one in the family.)

“Yes!” nodded Peskin.

“Good.” Answered Hopkin.

They ran to Old Way Castle in time to hear Mo screaming, “Hopkin Peskin where are you!”.

They felt so guilty leaving her. They held back their tears and sneaked in. Their hearts were pounding, they were terrified…What if they got caught they shuck their heads and went through the hall the big, noisy hall. Finally, they saw Mo they ran through to let her go. But got caught by the guard.

“Where you going?” the ogre shouted. “umm its visiting hours.” said Hopkin “what?” whispered Peskin.

“oh, yeah visiting hours.” corrected Peskin.

“Never hear it.” said the ogre “oh it’s a new thing, we are here to see Mo.” said Hopkin “ok.” said the ogre. They secretly unlocked the door and got Mo out but the ogre saw them! They started running until they go to a barn, an old mossy barn, they had no time to think so they ran in with about 50 ogres on their tail. They saw a lot of stables they thought it would be a good place to hide so they jumped in, little Mo was lifted. They could hear loud footsteps and ogres talking and saying “where are you hoping rabbits?!” they were shivering with fear then Mo whispered “I need to sneeze.”

“Mo no don’t they will know where we are.” Said Hopkin “I know but it’s painful” replied Mo.

“Ok, after we get out of here.” said Peskin. So they crept out of the ogre’s sight then they ran out the door and Mo could finally sneeze “achoo!” Right let’s get out of here before the ogres find us and get us all.”

Chapter 2 Rabbit safe zone

Hopkin, Peskin and Mo are running away from the GORMS they are rabbit killing monsters they are in shallow wood warren they heard the iron scraping against the tree and when they were running the gorms heard a twig snap and now they are at this point. Hopkin checked his watch “oh my gosh, it’s 3 am” shivered Hopkin “well we will have to keep running” panted peskin so they ran on until it started raining and it was getting windy and all they could hear was the wind talking and the rain tapping. Peskin covered Mo with her coat. Suddenly, Hopkin tripped over something! His leg started to bleed Peskin check around everywhere and found something covered with a rag she lifted it up the rag fell off. Peskin was shocked. IT WAS A DAGGER no wonder his leg was bleeding he got slashed by a dagger Hopkin sat there in shock until, he realised it was his uncles dagger (he had lost his uncle 5 years before this day by the gorms) he started crying his eyes out because it had his name and his sibling’s names on it. Then, they heard a twig snap they started running with the dagger until they got to Old Way Castle in ogre kingdom obviously they didn’t know they went inside but when they weren’t looking a guard snatched Mo and she stared screaming so Hopkin and Peskin stared running to the rabbit safe zone making a plan from looking at the castle. They got so mad because they could hear Mo screaming and ogres laughing and the stomps of the ogres at the door and they could smell the rank smell of ogre.

Hopkin, Peskin and Mo are quickly running from the mighty, terrifying Gorm. They are at shallow wood Warren. They ran to old way castle because the people there are really nice but when they got in the Gorms had killed them poor rabbits so they were very sad but kept running.

They ran out of the castle and ran to what they thought was just normal caves BUT NO it’s Gorm’s caves there was about 20 Gorms there so they ran to a village which was Gorm’s way they ran down with 40 Gorms following to Mesty river they ran back up but whilst they was running  poor Mo couldn’t run any longer so Hopkin picked him up and ran so fast peskin the eldest couldn’t catch up. All the way up till the rabbit safe zone shouting “DON’T KILL US PLEASE WE ARE INNOCENT!” they heard it but ignored because they are fat and need to kill at least 100 they have eaten 97 they are definitely next. They were safe, until the fat monsters they are broke down the door by the way this is an iron door. So they broke down the door so they had no choice but to run past the beasts and go out the door and swim across the enchanted sea to Sandy island which is good because Gorms can’t swim. They would be safe for a bit, until the gorms find the ship!

What are tall? A giraffe, the Eiffel Tower and a shiny English oak tree.

What are small? An ant, a small puppy and a single Heinz bean.

What are loud? A trumpet when its first played, my sister when she cries, the music in the car when it’s on full blast and opening a packet of crisps.

What are clumsy? A little kid at a trampoline park and a puppy when running.

What are nice? When my mum tells me to pay on my games, when I go on holiday and when we get a nice hotel room.
