The mountain unicorn, can fly for a long time although its wing hold a lot of weight. In addition to this, during the day the Mountain unicorn camouflages in its habitat ( these mythical creatures are nocturnal ). They often get mistaken for the Forest unicorn. There are very few in the world : very few known.

In addition to this, they are often shy and you have to gain there trust to know them. As they do not forage or venture far from there habitat you will find them on a mountain mostly at night. These creatures don’t have a horn when they are born but the find rocks and gems for there horn this often will take 18 years for a complete horn. As they get mistaken for Forest unicorn you can tell the difference by there manes a Mountain unicorn has a luscious grass silky manes while Forest unicorns have tree top manes that are wild forest trees. They stay near there habitat and a river because they are venerable to  ; dehydration and overheating. When they are young they have wings but can not fly for long.
