Colin barked even though nothing had happened.Even if a thief came, his owners wouldn’t be scared since the dog was a dachshund. He hesitated because there was a stick flying above his head like an eagle. After that,he enjoyed a relaxing bath from a hose.
Teaching live session 4
The snow fell subltly. Tom waited. He was in the futuristic flat. The phone rang. He picked it up and listened intently. He crossed the room angrily. He picked up the suitcase with a sly look. He opened the door and slammed it behind him. He went outside, infuriated and stared blankly at the sky.
In case there was a bad smell I bought a gas mask.Since there was no one there I took my time.Whenever it was scary I played my trombone.
Inside Outside
Outside, snow fell on the school. Inside, children huddled for warmth.
Above the castle, a dragon loomed. Below the castle villagers cowared.
Outside, people played football on the loose, powdery and golden sand . Inside, people cunningly played chess.
Outside, rain danced on the roof. Inside, children watched their parents cook a beef stew.
Above the cave, cliff jumpers threw themselves off the side. Inside a goblin lurked.
Session 1
As soon as jolly-faced Mr Hardy skipped into Chesnut Class, the familiar room immediately appeared to turn to amazement. He was broad with a pleasant look rather like a puppy. ‘Settle down children, ’calmly said the new teacher, ‘I am not used to being around young children.”
The Sense Mask
I would take the sound of a Rolls Royce elegantly
gliding down the motorway, the sound of bees buzzing
around a hive and kettles screaming like a terrified child.
I would take the fresh smell of recently cut grass scattered across the emerald lawn and the smell of a barbeque lulled me closer to its fiery surface.
I would take the taste of a fruity cocktail on a tropical island with teal seas, the taste of a salty sea splashing against my lips and the taste of fresh coconut which had just been pulled off a palm tree.
I would take the sight of a colossal oak tree towering over me, the shops in a shopping centre gathering in a circle and the sight of a landscape surrounded by ancient trees.
I would take the feel of a red velvet pillow moulding round your hands, sand phasing through your feet and a grasp of a baby’s hand.
