I’m ready to run but there was only the end of the pitch black cave facing my unbelievable face. The stripy black and yellow stripes with red blood dripping down.Ellie steps forward hoping not to get eten.I could hear that she was trying to still down the mander and hide her fears. Hush hush now it’s “OK” in a nice spoofing voice not here to hurt you or your egg i’m here to get your trust and keep you and your egg safe.
The beeamander pauses and steps forward with a low soft soft buzz. Its black and red eyes slowly turned greeny blue colour and walked over to its egg. I realised it’s not a bad creacher after all.
“Where leaving now” says Ellie slowly stepping to the side and together we walked to safety at last and the mander closed its eyes and went to sleep.
Outside I took a deep breath and sigh with relief.inside i felt bad for the mander but inside i was happy to save the mander.

By the time we are walking through the town it is wakining the sun edges over the sea. It casts shadows across the sands. Kevin-be- amazing is putting up some toys for little kids and ice creams to enjoy it. Look if it might be a beautiful day for once he waves at us with a cheesy grin.
I fumble with my front-door-keys and kick the door open. Inside it was cold and smelt like rotten fish and we found a note with captain red birds hand writing.
Ellie wanders over to look at the old rusty pictures of him and two other people.
All day Ellie has her nose tucked in a book absent logs and records.
