Eagerwolliam discoverd

New animal discovered in a country named Ohio.

Scientists believe that this creature has been born with two different parents, the mother is a bird and the father is a unpredictable worm. The creature has pink, brown and white feathers with a small bird head and a worm’s body. The discoverer named William Yoggalte explained that he had been taking a picnic with his wife and son and out of nowhere he saw it fall out of a bird’s nest. The father of one contacted a friend, who is a scientist, to tell him what he had found. Some people would call it a Eagerwolliam to be named after the man who discovered it or Eager for short. But other people debated that this amazing animal should be named a Wearge but most people picked Eagerwolliam to be in the man’s honor. In the end the creature was brought to the lab to do some tests and was named the Eagerwolliam.

A true disaster

This is a true story at the airport based on a family trip with a couple friends.

We all went to sleep early but I couldn’t bear to sleep at this time, in a few hours we would be going to Krabi, the beautiful island of Thailand. In the morning, I never wanted to wake up again but I had to, so I packed up my things and got on the taxi to the airport. We met my father’s friends in the line to give out our luggage. We were checking in our passports but then Joy, who is my dad’s friend, had forgotten her passport but fortunately she had her driver’s license. Then, we found out it was expired months ago, so my dad had explained to the staff that she had forgotten her passport. After that we were allowed to go on the plane and had a happy trip to Krabi.

My letter for the Headmaster

Dear Headmaster,

I am here to persuade you not to ban our playtime in Wellington because we need a break from all the learning you give us everyday, and we will need the strength for our education. There are lots of reasons of why we have our breaks, not only for the food and the fun but for the exercise when we play. Playtimes give us some more fun and appreciation into our beloved school. This will give people in our school encouragement to sometimes have some freedom or fun.

I hope you had changed your mind about banning our playtimes.
Your student Leanne.

The messages of the Earth

“When I drink from a plastic bottle, I can hear the oceans scream in terror. When I throw away a plain piece of paper, I can hear the forests cry. And when I turn on the lights, I can hear the polar bears growl for help. The Earth is sending a message for help,” the child said in a frightening voice. She hears those messages over and over again, everyday until one day, she decided to help, for the Oceans, for the forests and for the animals. The child gasps as she said, “The screams are gone and are the same for the cries and the growls…we saved the Earth!”

The life of a whiteboard

I have been used by hundreds in a school,I have blue, green, red and other whiteboard colors on me.

I am used everyday except during Saturdays, Sundays and sometimes Mondays. The first time I saw the school,I saw men carrying me, flipping me up and down to fit me through the door and a tall skinny lovely looking woman in glasses staring at me. My last few days were nice with the woman until one day children started surrounding me with markers in their hands, as I found out I was in a school I was starting to get used to the loud noises and the laughter.

There are other boards out there that I hope to one day meet.
