As the speed of lighting,

The Holiday Masks
I wore the mask of fireworks and saw,
Flaming colours fill the desperate night sky,
A sparkler waiting to be lit and a
Crackling fire exploding in pain.
I wore the mask of Halloween and saw,
A pumpkin rotting in agony,
Children walking with an empty basket and a
Costume tired after a long day of work.
I wore the mask of Christmas and saw,
A downhearted robin trying to fly away,
The tears of a hungry elf waiting to be fed and
The happiness of an owl when snow has finally fallen.

Rosie had never been on a skyship before. A day after she went on it through the breezy air then, she saw the red and pink sky. “Hold tight! Prepare to land!” Shouted Captain Hook as she dashed to the cabin shaking to the crew just talking and sitting watching tv. A moment later, five fire- breathing dragons pushed the ship to the ground. From the distance, Captain Hook saw more dragons flying towards them.
Later that day, Rosie and the rest of the crew dashed outside to see the dragon. Then they heard thunder and lightning in the distance. They tried to fly away but the ship won’t move so they had to jump quick “jump” Shouted Captain Hook. They landed on a tall Icey hill that nearly touched the clouds. Then they saw a pirate, with an eye patch as dark as the night’s sky who yelled violently at the crew. The dragons were blue as the clear sky and jumped gently towards them. The pirate dashed to the front of the ship and got on the dragons and then he saw another pirates ship coming behind them. “Rosie see if the ship can move” asked captain Hook. Suddenly they can move and they got away…
I would take a bright compass to guide me through the dragon’s dark lair
I would take a wasp’s sharp sting to startle unwary skygoblins.
I would use a fire-proof umbrella to scare the baddies away.
