Inside Wigan town centre it was dusty and mould had settled on the furniture. Outside it was cold and dark like jet black planes. Hayley juggled her keys and then she her hands were shaking for a few seconds. Finally she found the one she needed carefully she pushed the big brass key in the door and they stepped in the crooked house the floorboards creaked and they began to walk down the the hallway.
