Dear mam,
Thanks for the hot croissant on the train. It filled my tummy
right up. When I got off the steam train, I couldn’t help shred a tear or two
I was and still am missing you. We live in a field with only one house In front of us.
Now I have a bedroom DOUBLE the size of yours. It is very quiet where we live.
When we got out of the steam train, we had to line up and get chosen. I was the last person to get picked. Everyone was telling me how “poorly” I dressed that’s why I didn’t get chosen. I wasn’t bothered because I went to live with a kind and rich lady.
Anyways the rich and kind lady I was talking about is called Mrs Landman. I live with her in a big brick house. We have a lot of animals to feed. There’s a really pesky chicken called Peckster he’s really hard to feed every time I try to feed him he pecks at my hands. It’s a really weird feeling getting pecked by a chicken.
Well there is a wishing well near the house. I didn’t know what it was when I first saw it. Mrs Landman told me it was a well were you throw a penny in and grant a wish. She also told me that after a while your wish will come true. We also have a very cute house dog called Benjy. He is ok to feed and his dog type is a golden retriever.
My room is in the attic but the attic is very big. I have lots of room to play and sleep. I have a wonderful view of the field, at night it looks like paradise. Every morning I wake up to birds chirping a beautiful song and the sound of a cockerel going coc a doodle doo! There is also a river beside my house from time to time I see fish jumping out of it!
I hope you and baby Tyler are ok. I think about you every day. I miss you,Tyler and dad dearly. I hope dad and the prime-minister defat naughty H (******). I’ll write again in a week. Please write back to me.
Love from your lovely son – Jacob
