The Sea of Excitement.
Under the sand, the fish theatre lies.
If you make as much noise as possible,
You can still hear
The screaming and shrieking
The fish are constantly
Making.
Up above,
The ticketfish sits in his office,
Counting all the fish that swim towards the theatre.
He hears the music stop
And the curtains get drawn,
So he swims away back to his bed.
The ship rocks back and forth,
With its cut edges splintering the sea.
Water rises from the bottom
Filling the ship up slightly
With water.
The fish realises it had some holes in,
Like a human with a graze.
The sun shines in through the window,
Blinding the fish.
The lanterns were on,
But now broken pieces were flying round the room.
It was too noisy that night,
So the fish went to the theatre,
Here was the peaceful but noisy place,
Where everyone could relax.
Shouts and screams echoed around the hall.
This was home.
