A few hours later the had got the ship flying up and ready, the breeze blew through Mayas hair as she leaned against the sail. The gentle rumble of the engine lied under their feet, Tyler rested on the edge, looking upon the night sky. Captain Culpepper used only the stars to guide them along the way home. Suddenly a shooting star danced across the sky, a thought lingered in Maya’s mind, would they ever get home? The waves crashed back and forth, lighthouses were luminescent. With a beam of light shooting into the starry night sky.

At that moment the sky darkened, clouds collided as torrents of rain dripped onto their heads.

“Quick! Let’s make our way into the cabin downstairs” suggested Tyler

As the were making their way down, a peal of thunder and a flash of  lightning bolted across the sky.

Tyler struggled to find the light switch whilst Maya was bitterly cold.

“Grab the blankets!” Cried Captain Culpepper from his helm.

Just as Maya was about to sit on the bunk bed a ghostly whisper alarmed her. A shiver crawled down her spine removing all the other thoughts in her mind. Footsteps froze the silence.

A black outline emerged out of the darkness, something or someone was on their ship. Whatever it was its figure casted an image in Mayas mind, its body replicated a bird, or griffin. It’s eyes were a blue radiant with a hint of yellow. The twins slowly backed away from the body until they hit the wall. 

“Captain Culpepper! Captain! Screamed Tyler

“Help!” He chanted

The thing swung its tail across the room as it went and made a hole through the sail.

“Everyone hold on! We’re going to crash I can’t control the ship anymore! Said Captain Culpepper 

The alarms sounded and alarms were ear- splitting. A crash caused them to sink at the bottom of the ocean … everything went black.

Maya clutches onto the sail, wind  blows through her hair. Fog blinds them as they soar between the mountains. Tyler glares at a sign written in bold. “The great wide”

Finally they felt free, they drifted closer and closer each second until, the strong wind hit them. Rain and fog blew in their faces blocking all in their sight. Without warning the sky ship uncontrollably drifts away into the night sky. Not being able to see, Maya and Tyler tried to get as close to the steering wheel as possible to take control.

Suddenly a POOF  alarmed the twins. A panic layer upon them  not knowing what to do they decide to do the only option that they had thought of. To jump out of  the ship. It was the only thing that they had thought of so decided to go with it considering that the both know how to swim. They swam as far from the great wide as fast as possible as it felt like lighting struck every seconds. 

In the distance a light blinded them removing all the fog in the way. All the sudden a rope fell down their ship.

“Climb up the rope!” Says a deep voice from the ship. As they climb up the rope a face looks Down at them deeply. 

“The driver will take us to your house” the man calmly said 

“Thank you” says Maya

So will they get home safely?

Dear Wonder women,

I am writing this email to you because  these last few years you’ve been really old and I think it’s time to move on.

To build onto this concern, the last few years you have not been that healthy, I mean you’re 81. Many people agree that maybe you should quit because your to old, or maybe just find a different job that suites you best. Personally I think you would be a great model or an Actor, but that’s just my opinion you could be anything you want , JUST NOT A SUPERHERO!

I am also concerned about your health I mean have you even been having any medical tablets? You were an amazing super Women   But maybe just stick with princess Diana because I hope you’re not going to be a superhero any more.

However, you could stay a super hero but do you want to get hurt badly? Do you want to risk your live !?

Suddenly thunder and lightning struck so the animal stood out more, this creature was magnificent! It took a while to see this animal and to realise how beautiful it is. Deafening silence spreaded the streets were no-one was. Now Adam saw why there was no people went down that street, because it’s dangerous and dark. All of the sudden the creature kind of done a sort of call. He looked closer and saw a bite or a scar across its arm! It was hurt,  badly. Adam sat in silence trying to figure out what to do while he tried to keep the creature warm. As he huddled up with the animal his heart skipped to beat when he heard thumper stomps going forth and back repeatedly. He heard a man ask someone ‘Have you seen a little boy perhaps with dark brown hair and black eyes?’ 

At this point Adam had a feeling it was him, but luckily next to him there was a poster that said missing boy, good thing it wasn’t Adam though. The sun was starting to rise bigger and brighter but Adam wanted to stay for longer because he couldn’t just leave the animal here. “I need to go now.” 

The creature looked at Adam deep into his eyes, he looked back gasing into its fiery golden eyes. “I guess it’s worth it to save the world and to make you feel better.” Adam replied to its stair.

He couldn’t believe the animal looked like this in its state it’s in. Adam needed to find out what has made these scratches but not right now. It turned dark again as Adam gassed up into the night sky, owls and birds flying around spiders making webs. He started to forget what they were doing but eventually he remembered. They ended up deciding to leave the Animal there so it won’t get more hurt. Adam spotted a path to the way he needs to go so he followed that and said to the animal “I’ll come back for you later ok.” 

Cautiously Adam followed the path down.

I bark myself to sleep

I leap to my bed

I’ll wake up from my snooze, oh and I never lose 

I’ll run a tun and play all day

I’m a slobbery mess looks like i’m going to play less

I rest as I look up into the night sky ,

I flip and flop across my bed

And yet I get to do it all again
