The seaside

Barry stared at the burger. Outside the shattered window, a wind swept across the ruined town. Cars purred by and on the promenade, burnt papers tumbled along, driven by the wind. The sea rolled up the isolated beach, crashing against the sinister-looking rocks that fringed the gloomy shoreline.

Barry stared at the juicy burger. Outside the polished window, a wind swept across the bright town. Cars purred by and on the promenade, colourful confetti blew along, driven by the wind. The sea rolled up the white, sandy beach, crashing against the glinting rocks that fringed the bustling shoreline.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you about the upcoming events on the local calendar. There are many joyous gatherings to enlighten the village timetable and increase collaboration.

First, there will be a procession through town, consisting of a wide expanse of contributions. Anyone involved must take good precaution to avoid a serious disruption. Our magnificent mayor will have the privilege to judge the best baby competition.

Last night, the glossy red car accelerated down the road, drove round a corner dangerously and came to halt beside the flickering lamp post as the driver collected the leather suitcase.

When the moon lit the midnight sky, the scaly dragon landed in the forest, crawled carefully towards an opening in the trees and hid in the shadows.

Accompanied by stars in the darkest hour, the galactic starship hovered above the earth aimed its laser beams instinctively and fired finally finishing the mission.

As the snow elegantly fell, Tom waited. The ringtone of the phone echoed through the eerie flat. He tentatively picked it up. Tom listened, then crossed the room. Picking up the suitcase he prepared to open the door. The outside awaited him…

Before it was snowing, I gave the frog a helping hand.

Since there was no one there, I took my time.

Energetic Bob rapidly ran down the road and tragically fell over.

The fearless thunder roared so the cowardly hobbits hid.

Bilbo slept peacefully in the damp cave while the pitiless goblins attacked.

Through the door

Though the door

Though the red door,

you will see a lonely flaming monster.

Though the orange door,

you will feel a greasy finger

brush along your arm.

Though the blue door,

You will smell a burning fire  crackling.

Through the grey door,

you will hear someone walking towards you.

Through the green door,

you will see green blobs coming to eat you

for there lunch.

Through the brown door,

I fixed my eyes on bugs overtaking a hill.

Through the white door,

I felt snow land on my arm.

in the mysterious rooms…

In the mysterious rooms…

In the room of soft cacti,

It poured down with rain.

In the room of breakfast,

I enjoyed a nice lunch.

In the room of people,

I hid away from everyone.

In the room of adventure,

I stayed in bed.

In the room of exits,

I finally picked the right door.

In the room of touch,

I kept my hands to my self.

Sunriseroses

Sunriseroses

Sunriseroses sway,

like an old tree in the wind,

throwing it’s magnificent petals,

that attempt to grab its glistening pollen.

Their glistening scarlet roots,

like snakes,slither deep

into soft soil

crumbling

as quickly as a cheetah.

The violet stem shoots up at sunrise,

like a kangaroo,

as violet as a tulip in Spring.

Leaves grab,

like a lion reaching its claws towards deer.

Pale pink flowers,

edged with patches of ruby,

slowly beginning to reveal its secret stash

of majestic pollen.

On the way to Lord’s

I met a prince called Clown.

His eyes were as stripy as a Dalmation,

and his feet stumbled over everything in his path.

Gnarled talons like the bark of an old oak tree,

and his wrinkly fingers got bigger by the minute almost getting long enough to be a spiders legs.

I met a princess called Mud.

Her eyes were as brown as a slugs slimy shell,

and she jumped in every puddle she found.

Wet mud like tree sap for shoes,

and dirt slowly dissolved into her horrible hair.

I met a queen called frost.

Her eyes as still as a frozen lake,

as she stared at the majestic birds flying by.

Icy frost like the weather at Christmas for hands,

and hair as cold as the winter snow.
