Snuffles one eye

Snuffles one eye

Chapter 1: a loud crash

It was a stormy midwinter’s eve in the redwater hutch and Snuffles was wide awake waiting for the midwinter guinea, he could hear his parents snores and the sound of his sister Coco sleep talking.

The next morning, he woke up, looked at the end of his bed and saw a sack full of presents, he took a peek and saw carrots and lettuce and loads of fun toys, he was ecstatic with joy. He hauled the sack downstairs and sat in front of the fire eating his breakfast pellets.

The guineas in the hutch, spent the rest of their morning singing midwinter carols, eating ginger biscuits and slurping their hot cabbage juice.

Suddenly, there was a loud crash and the inhabitants of the hutch shrieked and scattered. Snuffle’s father, who was the huches leader and was called Mighty Mike, peeked out of their wire mesh surrounding their home and announced to the tribe that pythagnosis was coming.

Mike ordered the children to gather their proudest possessions and run away with an older friend, Snuffle’s aunt grabbed him and his sister Coco  and took them to her room, she gave Snuffle’s  a sword and explained that the sword was the magic weapon of the hutch. She told them to run to the Grand Palace of Queen Sarah and stay there to wait for her to return and give them orders.

Chapter 2: The Grand Palace of Queen Sarah

Soon later, Snuffles and Coco arrived at the Palace. It had been a long journey and hard to leave their family, they had to sneak past Pythagonis’s tribe who bear it in mind were very powerful and bulky. On their way, they had taken two lunches from the mountains of meals and ate them on their journey.

When they arrived at the palace, they searched around for a key and eventually found one under the doormat. Silently, they crept in and sat down on the large, plush, red velvet sofa and waited for the Queen to arrive.

As they were waiting, they decided to look around the house. It was a right mess and there were what looked like snake bite marks and blood all around the rooms. About an hour later Queen Sarah arrived and looked not at all surprised or angry that they were in her Palace. The Queen looked weak and old, they were surprised to see her in such a state and asked her what had happened. She explained how Pythagonis had come and destroyed her home and how he had also attacked her husband, King Gareth.

Queen Sarah didn’t believe that her dear husband was dead or injured and thought that he had just merely run away to somewhere safe. Snuffles and Coco doubted that this was true but went along with it so as to not upset her.

The young guineas explained how Pythagonis had attacked their hutch and how their aunt had sent them here in trust that The Queen would keep them safe.

Chapter 3: The death of King Gareth

The next day, Snuffles, Coco and Queen Sarah journeyed to the grand castle of King Gareth to see if The Queen was right in saying he was fine. When they arrived, they knocked on the door and servant Steve popped his head round the door. He looked petrified, he had taken on a stutter and his clothes were ripped and dirty. He asked them to come in so they cautiously entered.

There was upturned furniture and the red and gold curtains were ripped. As they entered the kitchen, Snuffles noticed a large pool of blood on the floor and right  next to it was King Gareth’s body…

Queen Sarah screamed and leant over her dead husband’s body. Suddenly, she started to cry and sob uncontrollably, she started to mutter to herself in a mad sort of way as though she couldn’t believe what her eyes were showing her.

Snuffles and Coco just stared at each other with an alarmed expression on their faces. All of a sudden, Queen Sarah shouted and told Coco and Snuffles to flee to Vegey valley tourist attraction to try and escape Pythagonis.

Chapter 4: Vegey valley

Snuffles and Coco ran, just as Queen Sarah had said, they were petrified and could not believe that so many people they loved were dead like his poor pops who only hoped for the best for his kids and now the King and maybe even their mother.

Soon they reached Vegey valley tourist attraction and were surprised to see that it was deserted, for it was usually packed full of tourists like rabbits and moles from neighbouring islands.

They searched around for a place to settle down for the night and eventually found a cosy patch of grass long enough to cover them up in case danger approached.

Suddenly, they heard an evil cackle, surely no one should be here at this time of night, it was 12 o’clock, the middle of the night. They looked up and saw a long tail sliding past them… Pythagonis had come to destroy Vegey valley.

Coco and Snuffles ran through the grass but the guards caught them and they were enclosed within a single metal cage…

Chapter 5: Pythagonis’ return

After Pythagonis had captured Snuffles and his sister they were taken to an underground cave below one of the hills. Pythagonis was a vicious being and so decided to punish Snuffles for sneaking into the valley, he took out a dagger and cut off Snuffles left eye.

They continued walking until they found a stall holding leaflets containing maps of Guinmark and Vegey Valley, they grabbed two and headed towards the exit of the tourist attraction park.

They sat down on a bench outside the park and studied their maps carefully in hope that they would find a place to stay for night without arguing about where it would be.

They eventually agreed on staying the night at the Mountains of meals so they wouldn’t get hungry. They travelled to the mountains and on the way they found a kindly old lady who was holding baskets full of hay and grass. She looked over at them and came over, she asked them if they were ok. She had a kind voice, it reminded Snuffles of their mother. The lady told them her name, Veronica, it had a nice ring to it. She invited them to her hutch and they accepted and so slept the night there.

The old woman didn’t speak much but she still fed them if they were hungry and gave them water if they were thirsty. They stayed there for the rest of the week and then decided to journey to Pinewood Palava Forest.

Chapter 5: Pinewood Palava

Soon Later as they were passing by the mysterious marsh, they heard a croaking sound. At first they ignored it but then it grew louder and louder. Suddenly, Coco shrieked and Snuffles looked down, there was a fat toad/frog sitting in front of them. Snuffles made an adoring noise and crouched down to stroke it. The frog croaked again making Snuffles nearly jump out of his skin. A few minutes later, there was a whole crowd of the creatures swarming in front of them.

About an hour later, Snuffles and Coco were following the frogs into Pinewood Palava forest. The frogs were leading the two guineas deep into the middle of the forest. Soon it grew dark and Snuffles and Coco found a place to settle down for the night, the frogs settled into a heap of leaves and mud next to them and they passed out for the night.

The next morning, they woke up to a smell of burning, they opened their eyes and saw a troup of fire fairies flying past. They said good morning to the fairies and started to prepare breakfast. In the afternoon, they decided to go back in the depths of the forest for a walk, they collected water from the nearby stream and set off. The frogs led them to a path and suddenly, they heard loud hissing and the sound of a tail sliding through the leaves. They hid behind a tree and waited. There in front of them was Pythagonis’s tribe…

Chapter 6: Keeping Mum

They sneakily followed the tribe into a large clearing and were amazed to see cages full of guinea pigs from all sorts of hutches, even their own.

Quietly, they backed away from the clearing and broke into a run. They stopped when they were about half a mile away from their camp and stopped for a rest. They spoke to each other and decided to Keep quiet about what they had just seen and not tell another living soul in case Pythagonis was to hear and come hunting for them. They also decided to come back the next day to come and release the guineas in the cages.

After they had woken from a long night’s sleep, they packed their bags and set off for the clearing. Soon after, they arrived and were relieved to see that the tribe weren’t there and were surprised to see that they were careless enough to leave a key loop full of keys on the floor.

They grabbed the keys and ran around to first of all unlock everyone in their own hutch, after a minute of unlocking, they reached the last two cages where they were delighted to find their mother and auntie enclosed inside. Their mother looked up and started to cry, quickly they unlocked her container and let her out. She started to say something but they couldn’t hear through her sobs. It sounded something like your father was dead, soon all of them were crying except their aunt, still waiting to be released. Quickly Coco snatched the key off Snuffles and unlocked their aunt too.

Chapter 7: Safe at last

Suddenly, there was a loud pop and Queen Sarah arrived into mid air.

Snuffles, Coco, their Mother and Auntie’s mouth was wide open, Queen Sarah shut their mouths and looked relieved that they were all safe, she took hold of their arms and teleported them back to their hutch. On the floor, there were about five dead bodies and pools of blood on the carpet, furniture was tipped over and the pillows were ripped and torn, with a swish of her hand, Queen Sarah had tidied everything up and the bodies were gone.

With another swish of her hand, the whole hutch was newly refurbished and looking grander than ever. Queen sarah was gone with another pop once again with all the other guineas left behind.

They all rejoiced over a feast and the guineas of the hutch lived happily.

“More, More!” shouted the guineas of the hutch but the old Guinea got up and went over to the table for more food and sat down next to another old Guinea. “Nice story Snuffles!” “Well I thought they needed to know the truth.”

Podkin One Ear

Podkin No Tail

Podkin was  the only son to the leader of the rabbits, how many times had his father tried to make him ready for when the Dram attacked. He would never listen. He had a determined attitude which he would use when talking back to his father. Podkin wore a green jacket with a wooden button, round his waist he had a pair of ripped denim shorts that were worn and torn due to his dad wearing them when he was young,on his feet he wore some leather sandals protecting his skin under his thick, bushy, brown fur.

‘Did you hear that?’ Podkin exclaimed, all eyes in the burrow  turned to him and then to the window where outside the Dram stood proudly with an army surrounding him.

Before Podkin could blink he was rushed out of the cavern like burrow by his mother with a map and some clothes, bread and cheese to nibble on till he gets to Hop-Port church.

Podkin found himself trekking through a ruin like tunel that had a faded plack saying made by Pipkin one ear his father, as Podkin carried on he started to notice how old the tunnel was,he had the obstacle of clambering over crumbling rock from the number of times troops had marched through the ruins.

Podkin found himself in a vast wood with sprouting trees, everywhere he looked burrows were formed in the trunk of the trees. Podkin looked down at the map and a certain burrow circled the swish view cottage. It said open the door and you will be given a key to one of the burrows where you will stay the night.Podkin picked up the key and dashed to his burrow when suddenly he could here the Dram “ I know you’re here little pest come out come out we can talk it out,”shouted  the Dram sneaking around with his weapon held high Podkin made the mistake of answering back  “no!” shouted Podkin. The Dram used Podkins’ answering back to track down the runway Podkin. Podkin ran as fast as he could but when he did he dropped the key. After 20 minutes Podkin had lost the Dram but he had also lost the key and where he was  Podkinn had a strange peculiar feeling that the Dram saw him he was very nervous as he was on his own from here. He made a shelter for the night and planned to escape from the forest the next day.

Nervously sprinting, Podkin found himself running through a desert of volcanoes with the Dram on his tail and when I say on his tail I mean it ,the Dram had been able to lasoon his tail and drag across the floor after him . Podkin pulled the Dram after him  over a sticking out rock which loosened the rope but also Podkins tail he slowed down looking at his tail on the floor but not realizing the Dram had recovered himself up and was approaching him.Trembling in fear at the sight of the tail on the floor podkin ran ditching the Dram . Podkin was relieved but upset about his tail he had one more adventure and then he would be at safety

The Swamp was horrible and you  would need to be careful where you step or you will lose your shoes that’s why it is called shoe  swamp due to all the shoes buried under the ground Podkin found this out the hard way as he walked right through the middle of it but after that Podkin had a sigh of relief  as he could see Hop Port hiking over a hill . Podkin found himself in Hop Port he had a warm welcome by his mum  when he entered the town she had escaped but sadly his father did not.

Pipkins adventures

          Pipkin’s adventure

Pipkin was no ordinary rabbit in fact he was a rabbit with only one ear. Now you have to be patient with me whilst I tell you the story about Pipkin and how he lost his ear.

It was an early Monday morning and the rabbits had just survived another night without a war. They were starting to think the humans had surrendered but the next morning they woke up to bangs, crashes and screams.

There was now only one house standing;  it was the Podkin household. It used to be the funniest and happiest place of the town but ever since Mr Podkin died Mrs Podkin got so depressed it just got darker and darker every day. Today something was different about the house. The windows were open and so was the door. Everyone thought they had been taken by the humans but had they…

Pipkin woke up to his mum screaming his name

“Pipkin, I can see the humans are coming pack your bag we are leaving now!” shouted his mum

Pipkin diddnt realy know what was going on; his mum had  just ran into his bedroom and told him to pack his bag,  in a confused state he did what his mum had asked him. He ran downstairs to tell his mum he was ready to go but his mum wasnt there she had disappeared into thin air …

Pipkin thought to himself my mum said she could see them coming. I  better leave now .He ran out the door and ran to the nearby forest not knowing what would happen next .

He ran behind a rock that was where he was going to stay for the night.

The next morning he woke up he could hear marching he poked his head over the rock to see soldiers walking down the path he thought  good thing i left lastnight i would of been dead by now  but my poor freinds what about them pasco podcin and all the others.

Pipkin knew he had to run; the soldiers would soon find out he wasnt there with a rock. Pipkin drew a map of what he was going to do and where he was going to go. First i will travel through the misty mountains next i will go through the swamps and then finally my last destination badland!

He quietly snuck away from all the marching soldiers heading towords the misty mountain.

The first destination misty mountains

“I have arived to  Misty mountains itself wow i hope i am not afraid of heights.” Pipkin started his long climb up to the top of misty mountain. It was geting dark and Pipkin was geting tired. He had to find another place to stay for the night.

The morning sun rose and Pipkin woke up early. It was a cold and wet night. The rain had poured all over him. Pipkin said to himself i better get a move on.

The second destination the swamps  pipkin had no choice but to go through it and he hadnt come prepared. He was wearing one of his dad’s old t-shirts and a  pair of his wooly boots he had to do it.

Pipkin started the long and wet walk across the swamps his shoes got stuck in the mud. His outfit was ruined but it was worth it. Pipkin finally made it to the end and he now only had a little walk to bad land.

Pipkin made it to bad land where all the humans lived evry human that saw pipkin tried to get him but pipkin was so skillful and so tiny that he could dodge anythig well at least he thought he could. One human was sneakinfg up on pipkin and pipkin diddnt know just in time he turned around and saw the humman he got out of the way just in time but the knife hit his ear slice…

Pipkin screamed in pain it had been the worst day ever first he lost his mum and then this.Pipkin was about to give up when he heard this strange voice that sounded like his mum and dad they said “ My baby you can do it we are alright we arnt dead the king the cas.” The voice sudenly stopped halfway through the sentence. Pipkin thought to himself  a clue the king the kings castle i will head there now.

He arrived at the kings castle where would he go  the  first place he thought the king would keep them was the basement and to his surprise he saw them sitting on a chair tied up with no haurds around them  pipkin thought it was a trick the humans knew he was going to come and get them pipkin had to be careful but there was nothing on the floor no traps so pipkin could just run and getty them easly and in no time pipkin was home with his mum but something was strange pipkins hometown …

Charlie and the clabanors

 Charlie and the clabernors

Chapter 1:  A Cold Winter’s Eve

“Are you sure you are warm sweetie?” asked her mother, zipping up her winter jacket.

“I’m sure mom, I will be fine,” answered Charlie, trying not to shiver; It was the middle of December. Her mother (Julian) had been packing up her bag with stuff such as: food, water, clothing and even a little teddy bear.

Two hours earlier her mother received a letter from the council saying that the Clabernors are deciding on covering the area with a shootout to kill any other civilians. Julian was panicking, hoping this letter was fake but as looking at the date she read 1997 December 31st so that meant this would be happening soon so she had to warn Charlie, who was out adventuring the woods

Chapter 2: Crackling Adventure

Charlie’s little sister, Taylor came crashing into the room gripping her teddy bear and holding it close to her chest, wondering what the fuss was about and if she had anything to worry about for a young girl.

Taylor was coming along with Charlie because it was too dangerous for her to stay any longer, Charlie would look after her until it was safe to come home. Their father was the leader of scotch hill and instructed that they both leave and not to worry.

Charlie and Taylor both headed downstairs to leave and hugged their father goodbye along with their mother and off they set into the foggy woods

Chapter 3: What Lies Within

Taylor had never been in this part of the woods before nor Charlie, all they could remember was their father telling them not to trespass through the woods because monsters lie within. With every step they took the more crunchier the leaves became and the darker it grew. They both knew they had to find a shelter before sun down.

As it grew to twelve o’clock, finally Charlie spotted an old cave big enough to fit them both in and small enough to hide them away.

But with the food their mother gave them it would only last two days. The next morning, the two girls set out before eating breakfast so they can stock up on supplies, not knowing how long they will be out for but what they know is that they shouldn’t stay in these woods anywa

Chapter 4: Far Away

Nervous, Taylor gripped Charlies dress

“Cut it out would ya!” spoke an annoyed Charlie

“S-sorry, i’m just scared, I’ve never been in these woods before.” Answered Taylor.

“Me neither but I’m not making a big fuss about it. Anyway we will be out of these woods in no time and we can find Nana and Grandpa in Wimble Cave!” Soon enough Taylors spirits rose and after that little chat she was skipping along the path not noticing the bridge ahead. The bridge ahead was rickety, which meant every step you took was the opposite of sturdy. As they arrived at the end of the path, the two of them stopped, underneath the bridge was a gaping ditch.

Chapter 5: A New Burrow

They both knew they had to get across, so with the rope their mother gave them they swung across. As it came to sunlight the two of them noticed gates ahead, the sooner they got closer the more clear it was to see and soon enough they reached  Wimble Cave…

The Legend of Podkin One Ear

The legend of Podkin One Ear

Chapter one: Goodbye

Podkin was in his bedroom when Paz rushed in. “Pod we have to go now the gorm has arrived, pack your bags and follow me! Podkin quickly got ready and followed Paz downstairs into the main area of the warren. They stealthily crept around the massive battle, trying not to cry as their home was being destroyed. Their father, chief of the Wendberry warren, was in the middle of this fight. It was unlikely he would get out alive.

Once Podkin and Paz were out of the warren, they made their way to Thicktrunck forest: it was safe there. Podkin stuck his hands in his pockets, he was unhappy that he had to leave his home.  Suddenly, Podkin felt something in his pocket, so he pulled it out. It was a small package that his father had given him, he decided he would open it but before he could Paz screamed, “ DON’T LOOK ROUND…”

Chapter 2: Pod did you listen?

Of course Podkin had to look around. There behind him was the large figure of the gorm leader Scramshanks. “Did you think I didn’t see you leave? Haha pathetic baby bunnies, do you have the dagger of Wendberry? No, ok you can go for now, however if you are any trouble then…” At this he ran his hand along his throat. But Podkin and Paz didn’t see this because they had already run away.

They made their way to Thicktrunk forest. For the next few days they could stay with their aunt Bertha. Podkin looked behind him to check if the gorm were coming, then he opened the parcel. Inside was a small bronze dagger. “ Hey Paz what is this?” Podkin asked.

“ Oh my!” said Paz, “that is father’s gift from the goddess. There are only seven in the world and they belong to the first seven tribes!”

“What?” said Podkin.

“Pod, did you even listen in your lessons? This is the Dagger of Wendberry, it can cut through anything, anything that is apart from copper.”

Chapter 3: Here we are.

Finally, they had arrived at their destination. Their aunt’s house. The house had been covered in turf and the entrance was hidden. It was the perfect place to hide, for now.

KNOCK, KNOCK, Paz knocked on the door. Their aunt Bertha opened the door.

“ Hey aunt Bertha, can we come in?” Paz asked

“ Yes, yes come in come in, now tell me why you are here.”

Paz explained whilst Podkin helped himself to anything edible.

“Wow this stuff is good,” mumbled Podkin with a mouth full of food.

Aunt Bertha replied to Paz’s story with,“ Oh dear of course you can stay here but not forever, you can sleep in the spare room.”

That night Podkin and Paz slept together and Podkin dreamt of the fun times he had with his father and mother. He was hoping there was a chance that his mother was still alive and maybe his father as well.

After a few days of staying at their aunt’s house Podkin and Paz decided to leave. Their aunt gave them some food and water and then they set off towards Trunkhill forest.

Luckily, Podkin and Paz made it out of the forest quite quickly then, after stopping for a snack, they advanced.

Chapter 4: Arhhhhhhh!

Paz had ended up dragging Podkin most of the way to Vallyhill warren, they decided it would be safe there. However, unfortunately, they didn’t arrive without meeting the gorm. Halfway there, a gorm rider captured Podkin, holding him by the ear.The gorm’s metal was copper, the metal that the goddess hated, all rabbits knew that, but for some reason the gorm had disobeyed. They used to be sweet rabbits, but then they changed. Paz wanted to save her brother so she pulled out the Wendberry dagger and said, “Podkin, I’m sorry but it is the only thing that I can do.” Then she raised the dagger and sliced Podkin’s ear off. The gorm was left with Podkin’s ear. Paz grabbed Podkin’s hand and they ran and hid. By now, Podkin was in tears, the remains of his ear were covered in blood. Paz wrapped the wound in spider’s silk and dandelions and pressed it hard. “This should help Pod.”

After they had rested, Podkin and Paz made their way to Vallyhill warren.

Chapter 5: Please?

When they arrived, Vallyhill wasn’t as Paz had remembered from the holidays they had there.

Everything was covered in copper and there was a large rat guarding the entrance. “Umm Paz I think this place has been…” But before Podkin could finish the sentence, a furry paw pulled him away.

The furry hand belonged to a warrior rabbit. Luckily, he had not been taken to the dark side yet. “ Let us go!” screamed Podkin, but the warrior kept walking.

“ I am here to help you, but you have to help me. Help me fight the gorm and save everyone and then I will do anything you want, please?”

After some deliberation Podkin and Paz agreed and trusted the warrior rabbit. “ By the way my name is Davi,” said the warrior bunny.

“Cool, I’m Podkin and she is Paz.” Podkin asked why Davi wanted to fight the gorm,

“ My family was captured and killed by the gorm. Now I want revenge. I pulled you away because the rat could have killed you.” explained Davi, “plus, I saw your sister escape from the gorm and I thought you would be perfect to help me.”

Chapter 6: Brace yourself

One week later Podkin and Paz were sitting in Davi’s cozy sitting room eating some hot onion soup after another long day of training.

“Soon I think you two will be ready to fight,” said Davi.

“Cool, but what is the plan?” enquired Podkin. Paz, who was trustworthy, had been told the plan already so she explained it to Podkin .

“… and then you stick the dagger of wendberry in the heart stone.” Luckily the heart stone was iron, the goddess didn’t like this metal but she could still fight it.

Finally the day had come, Podkin, Paz and Davi were preparing for battle, there was only one word that was swimming through those three’s minds: brace yourself!

Chapter 7: The clash of swords.

They had come so far they could not go back now, they were at the gate of the gorm fort and about to sneak in. Carefully Podkin climbed over the tall fence then closely followed by Paz and Davi.

Of course there was a massive battle, Paz and Davi fought off the gorm whilst Podkin sneaked to the heart stone. When he arrived at the heart stone he pulled out his dagger and stuck it in the stone. There was a massive flash of lightning then the gorm fell to the ground and their armour turned to dust, they returned to the rabbits from the Cyprus warren that everyone knew.

Paz let out the prisoners, one of them was their mother. Their father sadly was not here and they searched everywhere but he wasn’t anywhere. The Wayans family knew that Dola was with the goddess in heaven.

Chapter 8: Finally reunited

After being reunited, the Wayans family lived with aunt Bertha whilst their mother and Davi rebuilt their warren.

This is the end of the story and I hope you enjoyed it, finished the bard. The bunnies who had listened to the story ran off to play and an old rabbit approached the bard, “ Podkin I’m pretty sure you may have exaggerated that story a little bit.”

“Oh come on Paz, that is how I remember it!”

The Legend Of Tom Tiptoe

The Legend Of Tom Tiptoe.

Chapter 1: I’m Not Good At Goodbyes.

Tom was in his bedroom reading a book about jokes when his little sister, Cottontail, burst in shouting, “ The Gorm are here! Tom, we need to hide!” The children dashed to their parents and asked them what was going on and how the Gorm had found the warren they were staying in. Mrs Tiptoe told the children to go and hide underground and that she would explain in a few minutes. Once they were safe, they started to hear the clinking of swords, the shanking of steel…

A scream shattered the air. No more clinking of swords. Just the shanking of steel. Mr Tiptoe was gone. He had been demolished by the metallic enemies of the island next door. Now, I know that sounds harsh but it’s true. I may only be the story bard, but I know everything that happens in this story. No, before you say it, I’m not a time traveller that heads forward in time to see what the story has to say. I wrote this story so I was the first one to read it.

Chapter 2: Run while you can.

The Gorm was coming. Tom, Cottontail and Ms Tiptoe heard the tumult noise of steel shouting the word ‘Danger’, ambling down the tunnel that led to the basement the fatherless family were hiding in. Ms Tiptoe whispered to her kittens, “Run children, run and never look back. Tom, guard Cottontail with your life. I trust you.”…

Tom and Cottontail had no choice but to run and find a safe spot to sleep without turning to one of those noisy neighbours that live on Gorm island. “ Tom, is mama gonna be ok?” questioned Cottontail, hugging her blanket made of buttercups. Tom answered, “Of course Cottontail, don’t worry. Hopefully we’ll see her soon.” He muttered under his breath, “Hopefully…”.

“Maybe it might be safe here?” Cottontail stated. She pointed at a cave with a small opening. “It’s perfect Cottontail! Well done!” Tom replied. They ran inside and shoved a big rock in front of the hole in the wall. As they turned round, they both gasped. “Woah…”

The next day

The day after

When the band of rabbits woke up they felt uncomfortable and freezing cold. As soon as they woke, a knock on the little den was heard. A beady eye was spying into the den, when Pie realized it was something else. It was Owen, the Owl- carrier with a message from their Mummy saying that the Gorm was only a few miles away and had gone past her hiding spot so she is still very safe in her little warren under a spike tree. There was not even a second  to waste! Peachy cheeked the safety map and with Owens help the little group set off heading North.

As they headed up the Tail river it suddenly became silent as a cat catching a bird.  There was loads of wind and fog which made it hard to see but they would not turn back now. They all started getting colder as they left their warm cosy home.It would be even eyser to track them down in the foge because every time you stroll from the foge id would leave a little tunnel. Right at half past 12 they were tip-toeing through the end of Tail river thinking about their Mother and family if they were doing well and happy! They stopped. Penelope could just make out the outline of the snow like igloos. Peachy had the great idea  of sneaking in and staying there for the night.

Hours later, the sleepy band found themselves scuttling across the side of one of the snow dens. Brave snow tigers guarded the main entrance to the snow dens, their sky blue eyes glistened in the light. Penelope led Peachy and baby Pie to the back of an old emote den. It smelt like a Bird had been here and made a nest and that smelt very, very bad but they all knew that it was safe and they could at least spend a night there. The Gorm would never find them but they would still have to stay out of sight!

As it was becoming sun set, Pie was getting tireder and tireder. So Peachy said to Penelope “I will watch Pie you go get some food for the both of us, I heard that you can fish out sausages.” There she went too Tail river to go and get some sausages. By the time she got there she had collected 4 sausages which was great two for her and two for Peachy. When she got back Pie had drifted off to sleep and Peachy was there watching the birds fly around when she saw Penelope and sighed with realeth because she felt that she was about to starve. So they both enjoyed there yummy sausages.Whilst they were enjoying their food they heard a tiger saying if you come here again I will stab you with this sharp thang! That’s when they know that they have to not get cort.

All of the sudan Pie wock and said “ I am hungry,”So Peachy said “ I  will go to the river and find you some food.” There she went off to the river. As soon as she got there she heard a voice from behind her saying “ Oi what you doing stealing my food!”
