Volcanic Goblins

The volcanic goblin is a rare specie of goblin, it is awake all day but hunts at night. This is because they think that it is easier to catch they prey but whilst day time they can run away. Even though it is very bright in its habitat, it prefers to hunt in the dark because of there good night vision.

Volcanic goblins are easy to identify by their  orange eyes and their dry scales. They are the size of a table at the average age of 15. However, baby volcanic goblins are the size of a slice of cake. An adult goblin is a dark grey and has orange highlights. Yet a baby goblin is a light grey with yellow highlights and they grow to become the colour of an adult goblin. They use their unique colour to hunt and to camoflauge in the volcano.

These extraordinary goblins are found deep down in the magma chamber of a volcano. They often migrate to other volcano because of the lack of lava which brings heat. They feel most safe in their habitat because no other creature can enter except the lava goblin. Volcanic goblins always scare the lava goblins away which is they use as an advantage to them.

Although these volcanic goblins seem scary, they have a good attitude. Once a human had sighted a group of these goblins. Their appearance is not that nice but the human stated that the goblins were extra kind to him. They are only interested in playing chess and eating. Their obsidian chest plates they wear protect them from predators, which is very rare.
