Everybody on the ship stared in horror as the vessel dropped closer to the ground. “Ahh” screamed everybody as the skyship started to tip, the boards of the boat were breaking and falling onto the thick deep snow. They were all holding on for dear life as they fell out of the air and towards the mountains. Archie was standing on the deck fighting off something that was rapidly chewing all the ropes that secure the balloon to the boat. Eventually, all the ropes were chewed and there was nothing anyone could do. The balloon burst into the sky since the beast’s claws dug into it. At a rapid speed the vessel dropped while more boards started to break. Suddenly, they saw a town near the bottom of the towering mountains, there were lodges, unfortunately, as they got closer to the ground the wind swept them away and took them to a cold, empty wasteland…

With a faint whistle the airship crashed. Maddie and Archie caught a glimpse of the creature and managed to deduce that it was a gremlin.  It retreated back to the storm clouds but took the engine with it.  Then they looked around them, there was a cerulean, crescent moon that floated next to soft, silk like clouds, but sadly, they had no idea where they were and knew eventually that they would freeze.

In the distance stood colossal mountains that touched the sky while down at where they were was a misty haze with dying plants buried under the crisp, white snow. Pine trees that were blanketed with snow surrounded the children and penned them in like pigs on a farm. Crystalized lakes covered most of the ground with a frozen waterfall protruding from a mountain. They were already getting cold, they did not have long until they would freeze, they had to escape before it was too late…

An hour later, the kids saw something in the air, someone found them and through a rope ladder down to them, once they got to the top someone said, “All aboard the Millia”, they were saved. They flew about one mile, then they saw a star that was much bigger than the other ones, but for a second something swooped past it and stopped it shining.

At that moment they saw a silhouette moving in the shadows, and they heard someone scream…
