Rain trees

The rain tree
shields it’s self in the shadows
when it’s sunny and dark,
it’s as blue as sky day
and every time it rains
there a hand waving to me,
It attracts all kinds of bugs
like spiders and cockroaches
and maybe even animals,
it moves as quickly as a cheetah
when it’s sunny,
it has pastel pale, albino
flowers lurking around it,
it cries tears of sorrow everyday,
it has a secret stash
of blue as day roots
beneath hand waving tree,
it picks a secret spot
everyday to lurk in the shadows
when it’s sunny,
the leaves start
t o wave every windy day,
It curls like the Pacific Ocean.
