The Christmas Emporium Prologue There are some places where nobody goes The Christmas Emporium was like that. Even through, the christmas lights shone brightly, and the icy snow mountains should catch your eye. Even the sunny all ways and the happy, welcoming shops next door still made nobody looked. Not even the slightest of peaks. The bright sea green colour of the outside building must catch someone out by now but still no one looked! The amazing christmas smell and the pretty decorations even a blow up snow man still nobody looked. But no one ever entered. No one that is until Charlie arrived.
Chapter 1
Looking back on it, Charlie was confused why she tried opening the handle of the Christmas Emporium earlier in the day, and she had always wondered how her parents never noticed the shop. For some reason it was only her that did. She scratched her head wondering why she tried to enter the door, maybe she had been bored and realized why nobody wanted to go in; maybe she had realized the happy blown up snowman waving at her in the window. She had this annoying feeling about going in, but she still tried the handled and the door opened with a creak.
Everywhere she looked, she saw christmas ball-balls that described the the one day of the year. An over sized christmas tree touching the celling, was decorate with tinsel and a vibrant yellow angel. She loved the house she loved the room, but the amazing book shelf caught her eye. Books of all wonders sat next to each other, so she sat on a little stool before a dark red book made her eyes shine with happiness. She picked the book up with excitement flipped it over and read the back the door made creak.
”I see you have found my best book,” hissed a voice behind. I turned around a saw a man with a shiny gold badge clipped on the front center of his shirt and it said Davis Lottie. ”May I ask what you are doing here nobody ever comes” said the man. ”Well um.. oh” I said it shock.
