The mask of snow

When I wore the mask of snow I saw

The winter frost leaping past me like an alarming avalanche

As snowflakes cracked by my right foot

If I took a step

It would rain diamonds 

If I took the mask off

The world would end

As vultures soared over my head in circles

Their shadows spoiled the light of the world
