Dear Sir.

I am writing to inform you about the upcoming events on the local calendar. There are some really exciting events in the pipeline. 

First, there would be a procession through the town, consisting of a wide variety of contributions. Anyone involved must take good care not to get in the way of the  crowds, otherwise, there would be an incident. While the competition is happening, you could go to Mr Chippy’s for lunch. 

After that, there would be a dance display in the town square. If you are watching it, please stand back so you don’t interrupt the dancers. The market will be open all afternoon. 

Finally, the firework display will be held at Princes Park at six o’clock. We hope you all have an amazing time.
