Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you about the upcoming events on the local calendar. There are some extremely fantastic things soon to occur.

First, there will be a procession throughout the town, consisting of a wide variety of contributions. Anyone involved must take good care not to interfere with the crowds or they will have to face the consequences. The mayor will be judging all and any competitions held.

After the competitions, there will be a trained group of professional dancers to perform in the town square. If you happen to be watching, please make sure you are standing a suitable distance away so you do not disturb the performance. The market will be open all throughout the afternoon.

Finally, the firework display will be held in Prince’s Park, beginning at exactly six O’clock. We hope you enjoy it thoroughly.
