I wore a yellow mask

and saw lemon lightning piecing the sky, 

Gold topaz’s glinting in the sunlight,

fire yellow stars shining in the inky black sky,

I wore the blue mask and saw,

the Sapphire blue ocean glistening in the sun light,

The first bluebell at the start of spring,

A tear ready to bring nothing but sadness ahead.
