The island of color
The island of color
The island of pink,
I saw flamingos dancing in the lake, delicious candy floss waiting to be eaten, pigs snorting songs making your hearing feel unreal, and watermelons with the ripest taste.
The island of blue,
I saw the baby blue sky, the brightest blue sea, diamond’s glistening, and the beautiful Scotland flag waving in the wind.
The island of yellow,
I saw the sun sparkling, sunflowers sprouting, gold waiting to be found, and light beaming at you, with a trophy for you to win.
The island of orange,
I saw tangerines bursting with juice, a sunset smiling down at you, tulips springing for spring.
The island of red,
I saw ruby’s glowing, roses petals fall so gracefully on to the ground, strawberry’s cracking with liquid, hearts filling up with kindness, fire burning and flaming up.
The island of white,
I saw polos with amazing taste, paper waiting to get a drawing on it, clouds with the softest touch, snow so freezing it was making snowflakes, marshmallows exploding with taste.
