Outside , the clouds covered the sky.  Inside, the children warmed their hands.

Outside, the teacher stuck her hand out to see if it was raining. Inside , the children hoped it wasn’t.

Outside, was the birds were chirping. Inside, they pointed at them.

Outside , it snowed heavily. Inside , they made hot chocolates and topped them with marshmallows.

Outside ,  the wind blew heavily. Inside, they shivered with frostbite.
