Amongst the void

Amongst the void

On Monday, the waning moon cut through the abyss and illuminated the sky like a glowing crystal shining up a cave.

On Tuesday, I stopped on the rocky, grey pavement and stared at the starry sky with twinkling stars hovering in space like the suns solar flares brightening up space.

On Wednesday, I saw the silent, silver sunset darkening the void with aurora glowing its variety of colours: emerald, diamond, purple.

On Thursday, the jet-black, charcoal solar eclipse created a pure, pitch black sky where nobody could see a single thing: not even a discarded crisp packet loitering in the town.

On Friday, the midnight sky twinkled with beautiful light as the stars of mysterious space shone like crystals.
