Outside, the north wind howled trying to blow his way into the warm cosy,cottage. Inside, the warmth of the fire glowed and lit up the small dark room.

Outside, dawn arrived with packages of warm autumn light delivered by the sun shine fairies . Inside, the smell of hot cocoa filled the uninviting room with hope of a better life.

Outside, the mysterious trees danced in the howling wind. Inside the  aluminous ally way, odd shadows crept silently closer and closer to me.

Outside, the cold rain came lashing down causing a deluge next to the river bank. Inside, the abandoned church glass shattered and the roof came tumbling down.
