The Bone Dragon

There are loads of different breeds of dragons, one of the most unique breeds are bone dragons. Bone dragons are sadly exceedingly rare due to hunting because they have lots of predators. Bone dragons are quite weak dragons and have flimsy bones, it is quite easy for stronger dragons to hurt or kill them.

How do you recognize a bone dragon? Well bone dragons are very recognizable; they have a wingspan of four meters. Their wings are rather thin but enormously powerful and are almost translucent so you can see the bones inside their wings. It always looks like bone dragons are starving and don’t eat enough because their bones stick out to help them hunt. Surprisingly, bone dragons have white eyes and are blind but that heightens their other senses. Bone dragons are huge compared to us but insignificant compared to other dragons, bone dragons are about the size of a great white shark but are very nimble. Bone dragons have massive spikes on their spine that are sharp as shards of glass.

Where can I find a bone dragon? Interestingly, bone dragons live in the humongous mountains of Nepal, Afghanistan and Bhutan. The majority of bone dragons live in Afghanistan where the climate is extremely hot in the summer but cold in the winter, so they shed a whole layer of skin in the summer. When they are about to shed in the last days of spring, they get followed by other smaller dragons that want to be there when they shed because certain dragons eat the skin they shed.

What does a bone dragon eat? Usually, bone dragons eat other dragons or farm animals like cows, pigs and sheep. Bone dragons like Seafoam dragons the best but they are uncommon in Afghanistan, so they are like a special treat. Bone dragons hunt by making vibrations that draw in small dragons and sometimes what we think is earthquakes is them hunting. Bone dragons also have none of their own bones, they steal bones from their victims and dragon specialists still don’t know how they steal the bones.

So, if you come across a bone dragon, I suggest you be careful seen as they might steal your bones or could swallow you whole.

Skyship Adventure part 2

Jess, Marcus and the rest of the crew were dashing around inside the skyship. They were all trying to figure out why the engines had failed. At that moment, the ground was coming closer and closer as they hurtled through the sky towards the ground. Then there was an almighty crash they had hit the ground; it was too late.

Jess scrambled out of the rubble, she scanned the mounds of reddish mud and rubble. Jess shouted, “is everyone ok?” trying to keep panic out of her voice. From in the rubble and debris there was a whole host of replies and shouts of confusion. Marcus and Jess looked at the remains of the sky ship, it looked as if it had aged 100 years. The skyship was ripped and torn all over it looked nothing like the magnificent ship it had been a mere 2 minutes ago. They could see a gloomy forest in the distance lit up by the moonlight. Jess was worried she knew that this would slow down their journey and that the skyship would need lots of repairs. Jess started walking around to see where they were, she ended concluding that they were somewhere near Silva Forest.

Jess and Marcus cautiously walked towards the black silhouette of the Silva forest. The grass crunched under their feet, there were dark ominous clouds of fog leading them towards the forest like a strange stairway. As they walked closer and closer to the forest it felt like it dropped 10 degrees, there was an eerie silence in the air. As they entered the forest the branches looked like they were grabbing a lost soul all twisted and turned like the bony hands of a skeleton. They walked through the forest as quiet as the moss growing on a dormant tree. Jess was stood in a clearing in the forest, she heard a snap she whipped around she could sense she wasn’t alone. Out of the blue there was a blood wrenching scream then everything went black…

The Lightning Dragon

The Jaws snap shut,

strong and powerful as a summer storm.

The skin folds

cracked like crater but the colour of lilac lightning.

Eyes

as black as the night but as shiny as a diamond.

Talons scratching,

as sharp as a Samauri sword.

Wings beating,

strong enough to knock over buildings.

The forked tongue

a vicious violet like a crack of lightning.

The spiked spines like a monsters fangs.

The scales creaking as he moves,

like a menacing song.

Claws catching

innocent humans and animals for his dinner.

Taste of a Dream

You are the tiger watching its prey ready to pounce.

You are the taste of a dream, as sour as a lemon but as sweet as sugar.

You are a child’s silent scream, overwhelmed with fear.

You are the silver salmon shooting through the water, jumping up the waterfall.

You are the holly bush as sharp as a knife, ready to ***** whoever comes close.

You are as quick as the weeks flying by year after year.

You are as flat as Denmark but as mountainous as Italy.

You are Monday morning opening its eyes and stretching, Dreading the week ahead.

You are the first green leaves of spring unfurling.

You are as stormy as Jupiter but as placid as the ocean in summer.

Dragon Goblins

Introduction
Dragon Goblin (Draco cobolorum) are very elusive to the point that many people do not think they are real but in fact they are quite common.

Appearance
Like many goblins, dragon goblins have hairy feet and stubby legs. Most dragon goblins have black or white hair but there is the occasional dragon goblin with stone grey hair. All dragon goblins have big bushy beards, their beards are always the same colour as their hair. A dragon goblin’s foot is their most important feature, all dragon goblins will judge other goblins on their feet. Typically, dragon goblins wear dragon scale armour seeing as it is the strongest material that can be used for clothing.

Habitat
Dragon goblins live in the huge mountains of Scotland. Strangely enough, dragon goblins love to be comfortable so in there caves they have huge armchairs and big pantries stocked full of food. Typically, dragon goblins live in small mountain villages full of other dragon goblins.

Diet
Weirdly, dragon goblins will only eat campfire cooked meat. Generally, dragon goblins always have a bottle of beer, whisky or mead with them. Dragon goblins must not eat lettuce or carrots because they are deathly allergic.

Surprising features
Amazingly, dragon goblins can set things on fire with their eyes so if they get angry, they will set you on
fire. Dragon goblins evolved from dragons, so they have a fiery temper just like dragons.

Hobbies
Dragon goblins love to go on adventures and horse rides in the wilderness. Surprisingly, Dragon goblins love to cook meat.

Finally, if you are ever lucky enough to see a dragon goblin, do not bother them because it might just be the last thing you do!
