Chapter 2 the airship lands 

 Jasmine and Max were clinging on to the side of the ship feeling their hair fly up as the air pushed the ship down to the rustic sand. Jasmine and Max had been so excited for this trip and now it was all going downhill. The twins closed their eyes as a rush of sand sprinkled into their eyes. The ship came down with a thud and the twins stared around rubbing their eyes trying to get the sand to crawl out.  

When they had finally got the sand out of their eyes, they realised that they had landed in the middle of a dead, sandy desert the twins looked around horrified and shocked how had they ended up in the middle of a dessert when they were heading to a mountain?  

Max sat down and got down to rest his head when he felt Jasmine slapping his leg and saying, “what are you doing Max we are stranded in the middle of a desert and you’re lying down!” Max groaned and got up “but we aren’t alone! we have captain O’ sea and lookout Sarah Oh and chef mason so we will be fine” he said. But then they looked around and thought where are they? 

Jasmine and Max Searched in every room on the ship until they saw a note that said: 

Jasmine and Max do not be alarmed if you cannot find me and the crew, we are out trying to find some help so that we can get back into the skies! You will find your belongings in the cupboard in the office, but you will not need them as we will be back in a jiffy!  

From Captain O’ Sea and the crew 

The twins were relieved and they both went into the living room to relax as they waited for the captain to arrive. Hours passed then it had nearly been an entire day, Jasmine and Max decided to go to sleep to rest because they were sure the Captain would be back by sunrise. The next day the twins woke up with excitement as they rushed to the office to say good morning to Captain O’ Sea But silence greeted them as they rushed in, the twins looked everywhere but he was nowhere to be found. Jasmine ushered Max into the cupboard to get their belongings and they both stared at mountains of luggage Jasmine mumbled, this is going to be a long day.” 

Chapter 3 the new crewmember  

 As jasmine and Max were looking through their enormous suitcases Jasmine saw one of her cases moving slowly across the floor. Jasmine rushed over to it and opened the enormous suitcase while max ducked under his pile of hundreds of suitcases. what they found in the suitcase was very unexpected. 

 Inside the suitcase was a very small baby Pegasus. The baby Pegasus was fast asleep, so Jasmine picked it up but suddenly felt a rush of cold flood her body “this Pegasus is absolutely freezing” exclaimed jasmine “go and get a blanket”! she shouted Max scrambled to his feet and rushed to get a blanket. Then Jasmine spotted a note in the baby Pegasus’s wing it read  

Hi, my name is Zara, and I am a golden Pegasus. Please keep me safe until I you cannot longer keep me and when I am older, please set me free.  

Jasmine got a bit nervous thinking “who will we feed it? Where will we keep it? Will the ship hold all this weight?”! Then Max came through and said, “it’s fine we will figure it out!” Jasmine sighed nervously and mumbled “of course.” 

Chapter 4 onwards. 

After a sleepless night Jasmine was exhausted, all night she was worrying about Zara, but she slept all night. Jasmine went to check on her, but she was not there! Jasmine panicked and searched the ship then she heard a something it sounded like crying! Jasmine rushed to the deck and found Max Playing with Zara and there was no crying at all just giggling! Jasmine went outside for some fresh air when she realised, THEY WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF A DESERT!  Max came out with Zara in his arms and said, “we better get to work.”  “On what asked Jasmine “The broken balloon obviously!” Max said. 

So, they got to work They found a ladder in the basement and there was a giant toolbox in the office.  jasmine read loads of books and she brought hundreds with her, so she found one about engineering and they set to work. The balloon had been ripped a lot so they both had to patch it up with lots of their clothes. A few hours later the balloon was fully patched up and Max had spent hours watching captain O’Sea flying the airship, so he was a pro at flying the airship. 

After a few hours of gliding through the starry night Jasmine heard something. Claws were scraping up the side of the ship and she heard screeching. Jasmine held Zara close, and she pushed into the side of the ship hoping that the creature wouldn’t come closer. She saw a shadow rush past her like a gust of wind. Then Jasmine realised that Zara was no longer sleeping in her arms Jasmine shouted to Max “stop the ship”! The airship came to a halt and Jasmine spotted small hoof prints. She followed them and found that the thing bothering her was just one of Zara’s toys! Jasmine chuckled as Max came through with a pale expression on his face and he screamed “what happened!” Jasmine laughed and said no need to worry, now off to bed it’s late! Max groaned but minutes later all of them were cuddled up in their beds dreaming about the adventure ahead.

A bracelet that held 5 wishes in each charm only to be used when in danger. 

A never-ending can of evil repellent in case of an event of evil. 

A book that has all of the information on earth inside, but it could shrink so that it’s not heavy. 

A compass that pointed to evil.

Mr dragon,

as still as could be,

never comes out of his cave to see me,

Mr dragon,

his bubbly skin,

you’ll never see a smile above his ragid chin,

Mr dragon,

his blood red eyes,

always on the lookout for something to surprise,

Mr dragon,

always on the hunt,

Flies around doing other silly stunts,

Mr dragon,

his black leather wings

Stare into his eyes and you will get a sting.

Mr dragon,

flies above the sky

he will soar through the sky until he’s out of sight.

Gliding through the sky,

Flowing like a river,

Never seem to die,

Even though they shiver.

Dancing in the night

Dancing in the day

Never stop flight

And in the sky they lay.

Flocking in the fields,

They will never yield,

Never lose their way,

And always see that ray.
