Storm goblin

Storm goblin

The storm goblin is a rare species of goblin. Generally, they are only found during the worst storms or just before them. This is because they have learned that wherever they go the storm goes. Additionally, the rain can clean their scales and if their scales are red they are overheated.

Storm goblins are easy to identify as their scales make them distinct to the rest of the storm. At the age of 300 they are a metre and a half tall.

Our save the storm goblin campaign has raised a total of £300 for them. We are hoping to raise more money in the future for them.

My Dragon Poem

He is like a crimson, charcoal dragon with beautiful sharp white spikes for claws.

The dragon has colossal fiery wings that help him to glide elegantly across the sky.

He has an enormous wagging tail, flipping and flapping side to side, smacking everything in sight.

Lunar Dragons

There are many different breeds of dragons. One of the most peculiar breeds is the Lunar Dragons. Very little is known about this breed because they only appear under certain circumstances. Therefore, hardly anyone has ever seen it.
No one has actually knows where they live. Some say that they live in drains but a scientist named Lance has scientifically proven that Lunar Dragons live in an unused space shuttle factory. Lance still hasn’t quite pin pointed where they live but has discovered that they roam free when there is a full moon. Similarly, they also come out on a night with a crescent moon, blood moon, the start of a month and at the end of the month. Sometimes they’re more cautious on full moons as they’re a good snack for werewolves.
Would you be able to recognise a Lunar Dragon if you saw one? In fact, they’re different to the large majority of dragons as they have a bulbous neck, a hump and four plump legs and are a purple-blackish colour.
Are Lunar Dragons dangerous? Lunar Dragons in fact aren’t dangerous normally. They only get dangerous when they’re agitated or when werewolves are in the vicinity. So where can you see them? You can see a Lunar Dragons at a moonlit pool by it’s reflection from a full moon. If you ever see one, to approach it you will have to move slow and steady and then you stroke it’s neck. However, if you approach to rapid it will get agitated and will attack you.
In conclusion, all people who are willing to find this Dragon should be extremely cautious when seeing this remarkable beast.

The swing

Barry sat at the top of the King Swing. He swayed his hands to and fro. This caused his hands to be drenched with sweat.
“Ready wimp?” yelled George, using a flood worth of mockery.
Barry stumbled to his feet. He almost tumbled off of the stand. He unclipped his buckle and decided to miss this opportunity. OF COURSE THE BUCKLE WENT TO GEORGE.
“Watch and learn wimp!” screamed George.
George took a few steps back, did a runner up and a final leap of faith!! It was the best experience of his life. The tree top view made him feel like a bird. He gave a sinister smirk when the tour came to an end.

Boom by Cody

Thunder tripped Gregg’s mind upside down.  Outside, the wind yelled with fear. As soon as he entered his house, his budgie (Gizmo) welcomed him with merry chirps. Gregg was drenched, head to toe. Gregg winced. He was filled with grief. Little did he know that things were about to get worse. But outside evil lurked in the shadows.

Winter

Frost bitten toes shake,
in an icy draught,
begging for heat.

Glistening sheets of ice,
decorates the dull village
with great glamour.

An endless abyss of white,
paints the night with swift swipes
creating vast amounts of slush.

The Owl by Cody

The grey owl hooted, awaiting a response.

His confused mind forced into a never ending abyss of nothingness.

Claws as sharp as knives are his proudest possession.

Soul stealing eyes lock onto you.

His lone branch juts out.

Each day, the branch got shorter as the owl got sadder.

Every layer of feathers made him more lonely.

His beak chirped…no response.

What are you? By Cody

You are an ash vampire, constantly prowling at dusk for prey.

You are 13 always left out and unlucky.

You are a short knife stabbing the mind of a pupil to enhance their vocabulary .

You are Donkey questioning everything.

You are an onion full of layers like Shrek.

You are London always popular.

You are an unpopulated Western always abandoned.

You are a black hole sucking everything into the end.
