How to look after a pet dragon by Cole

Bored by dogs? Bored by cats? Well then, look no further than this unique pet, the Dragon. Since these creatures are quite rare, you may need to fly to Mexico to find one of these beasts. If you are thinking about purchasing this pet, you will need: Heaps of food, a large building or stable, a metal collar forged by dwarves and a dragon horn, in case if disobedience.

What to do:

Teaching

These large beasts can be tricky to tame, and do to their large size they prefer to roam freely. This is why the dragon horn is a necessity. To stay away from injuries or even death, do NOT shout at your pet, they will feel threatened and attack. Instead use the dragon horn and they will come to you no matter the situation. After using the horn, tell it your command and it shall follow it, right away.

Mealtime

As Dragons are ginormous, they must be fed 5 times a day, in between these hours: 8:00 – 9:00 am, 11:00 – 12:00 am, 2:00 – 3:00 pm, 5:00 – 6:00 pm and 8:00 – 9:00 pm. Dragons are carnivores, meaning they only eat meat therefore, it will not accept vegetables or plants. Steak, Pork, Sausage and Bacon are ideal to keep you Dragon healthy. So that your pet doesn’t mistake you for its food, I would suggest placing his food on a wide rock. Whilst owning a Dragon, it is best to live near a lake or river, as these large creatures need a big water source.

Freeness

Although, you need to keep your Dragon safe, every few days, you should let the Dragon fly up into the clouds, to ensure that it doesn’t feel to cramped and has some space for itself. However, if you are planning to ride with your Dragon, make sure that it trusts you, if not whilst flying it will through you off it’s back, sending you flying through the air.

Following these steps correctly, will make a happy life for you and your Dragon. Not following these steps will make life difficult and dangerous. We do not hold responsibility for injuries or death, proceed with caution.

Good luck looking after this big beast

Six things for an adventure by Cole

A diamond sword, forged by dwarves from the sun, to defend myself in case of any dangerous encounters.

A pestering parakeet, able to repeat anything it hears, useful to listen in on conversations.

A bottomless-bottle of fog, once used a large, thick mist shall form, easy for quick escapes.

A never ending food and water supply so I don’t starve or die of thirst.

A weather changer, to change the toughest and most rough of conditions whilst flying on my sky ship.

A pair of, Spot-Everything-Wrong glasses, used to spot problems, whether it’s on the ship or in a thick jungle.

Where do ideas come from by Cole TJS

Dive for them

In oceans deep

You must be brave

Take a leap

Reach for them

In a dark space

In dark room

In a dark maze

Search for them

In caverns cold

In treasure chests

Ancient and old

Look for them

Up in the clouds

Where the giants are

Big and loud

I have never, I have by Cole TJS

I have never climbed Mount Everest in my pyjamas, but I have climbed Combe Hill in a big winter coat

I have never been to space, but I have been to the Leicester Space Centre

I have never cooked for Gordon Ramsey, but I have cooked for my family (they didn’t like it)

I have never won the World Cup in football, but I have won the World Cup in FIFA

I have never fought Anthony Joshua, but I have fought with my sister

Question Poem by Cole

What is cold? A lonely snowflake gracefully floating down and the bitter wind blowing in your face

What is fast? A vicious cheetah sprinting after its prey and a Formula One car zooming in a race

What is hot? A hot summers day in Australia and your Nan’s cookies in the oven

What is tasty? A cheeseburger from McDonalds and a warm English muffin

What is tall? The Empire State Building and an old Giraffe’s neck

What is messy? My sister’s bedroom and a huge car wreck

What is annoying? My dog barking at 3am and Boris Johnson keeping us in lockdown

What is funny? My Grandad making weird faces and a really silly clown

The Ice Storm by Cole

Since there are many breeds of dragons, there are many dragons in that specie. However there is one dragon that is the rarest, only one in the world, The Ice Storm.

This dragon is barely ever found due to its rare ability to camouflage itself transparent. It’s icy breath can freeze anything it’s laid on. Since this dragon has the powers that he does, the beast lives in the deepest parts of The Arctic. It’s abode is an age-old ice cave scattered with bones of deceased adventures, who dared to approach this monster.

It’s hexagon shaped scales are freezing to the tip, one touch of the scales shall turn you into an ice sculpture. Like a stegosaurus, huge icicles spike out of its back. It’s wings are webbed together with snow. It’s blue eyes are able to hypnotise you, and lure into its cave where it will gobble you up.

If you are searching for this beast be extremely careful.

The Old Abandoned House by Cole

Carl’s friends suggested leaving before something bad happened, but Carl had other ideas. As soon as they entered, it felt like a whole new world. Everything was broke, the paint was peeling off the walls, cobwebs were being spun. A candle was lit without anyone going near it. Next to the candle was a knife sharp to the point, blood splattered on the tip. In the hallway was some crooked stairs leading up to the second floor. In the kitchen was a pig laying lifeless on the island, surrounded by a bunch of huge butcher knives. The more they explored the creepier it became. Dead spirits screamed warnings about leaving, however Carl did not listen. He ordered his friends to continue, until…

It was him an ominous figure towered over them. He wielded a bloody axe. He was dressed in a red hoodie and jeans. It appeared as if he had know face, just red glowing eyes…
