The ice- breathing unicorn

The ice- breathing unicorn

What it looks like

The ice – breathing unicorn is a unicorn that breathes out crystal – clear ice. It has has clean, white soft fur on its body. It also has a pink horn with a rainbow coloured tail.

What they do in their spare time

The ice- breathing unicorn is usually relaxing on a white, fluffy, wet cloud whist drinking their favourite drink… apple juice. They normally read magazines but on rare occasions, (such as a unicorn meet up) they get their hair done by professional unicorn hairstylists.

What their job is

Their job is to keep the Earth cool by breathing out ice.  You may be thinking If Unicorns breathe a lot, how is the Earth not frozen? Unicorns do not actually need oxygen to breathe because they are magical and were built like that.

Where do they live?

Ice- breathing unicorns live in the North Pole in a cave that has everything and more they need to survive. They get hot chocolate every morning and also get a pedicure on their backs.

What do people believe?

People believe that these majestic mammals are a gift from God. We need to keep these creatures alive  to help us stop the Earth from melting.

Opposites

Opposites

What is thin? The thin layer of crystal-clear glass window; glistening in the blazing bright sun. A thin sheet of A 4 paper; the thin chance of winning the lottery.

What is thick? My thick, bright, brown hair; swinging from one shoulder to another. A thick rainbow, sprawling colours from one window to another.

What is heavy? A ten kilogram dumbbell, making your palms sweat and your veins scream.

What is light? A fallen feather from a pigeons back, a hairband waiting to be used on thin, straight hair and a fresh, cool chip waiting to be eaten.

What is pretty? The beautiful sunset shining and shimmering;  reflecting onto the silent, calm blue sea, Seeing all of your favourite things being 50% off; watching the stunning, scenic view of Greece whilst eating the finest Feta cheese and olives.

What is ugly? The ugly smell of the colossal, slimy sewers, the sight of  seeing your favourite item out of stock. The ugly taste of the Old Dinner Lady serving you cold, sloppy soup.

I have never, but I have…

I have never…
I have never stroke the uneven back of a dinosaur, but I have stroke the fluffy back of a dog.
I have never been to the worlds darkest, deepest jungle, but I have built a den on the field.
I have never tasted the sweet and sour taste of dragon fruit, but I have tasted the cold, thick layers of ice cream melting on the tip of my tongue.
I have never been to a theatre and watched a play, but I have watched a play on the television whilst eating a bowl of popcorn.

I want to paint…

I want to paint

a T-Rex terrorizing the ancient world; hunting for its new prey,

a rainbow sprawling colors across the globe; like melting crayons,

a wolf howling heroically at the moon, glistening like a jewel in the midnight sky, the rain dashing down from the cumulous clouds beginning to form together.

I want to paint

the star lit sky that when we look up, the blanket of stars that stretch to infinity,

the big and swollen sun, the fireball in the sky that never looses its honey-comb yellow colour,

daffodils hiding in their homes and starting to peak out of their houses to deliver the honey they produce for the bees.

I want to paint

The dreamy sea, which is its own master reflecting the sun no matter where it goes.
