Do you know how to look after a baby Unicorn? if not follow these instructions and it will help your Unicorn feel safe and happy.

You will need a soft blanket, one cosy pillow, a warm bed, fresh flowing water, a grassy area for your Unicorn to play, a safe cave, toys for entertainment and food and water bowls.

First, create a comfortable space for your Unicorn don’t make an awkward space or they won’t be able to hibernate

Next, provide a healthy diet including vegetable and raw meat so their bones can be stable and strong but do not feed them onions they hate onions.

Then, make sure you will talk and play with your Unicorn and they will be less aggressive towards humans and others

Eventually, it will need a lot of movement so it needs a large area to run and play to stay fit and healthy and grow big.

Later on, when it’s about 6 months old you will need to feed it 3 times a day and in larger portions as he is at the peak of growing.

Finally, provide it a shaded area because they do not like being wet or too hot they get uncomfortable and awkward I recommend you to put the bed in the shaded area.

Do not be fooled by it’s small size around 6 months old you eventually have to let it go but don’t worry they return  few times a year, they are very faithful creatures and kind to humans

Chapter 1 – the Gorm attacks

Aunt Lockna hurriedly rushed them into a tunnel before she could lock the tunnel Ripkin shouted ‘’why are we here and why didn’t we know about this hidden tunnel I need to go battle for my family!’’ before he could say another word they could hear the Gorm coming up the cranky stairs, Baby Rio is crying and making a fuss because he wants his Mother and Father now as Ripkin and raz are protesting on why they have to go into the tunnel especially as their mum and dad are going to be killed, they now see the door knob starts rattling as the Gorm tries to get in but luckily the doors locked moments before opened the door Aunt Lockna slammed the tunnel door shut and locked it.

The kids take a moment to realise what had just happened and how could they help their family Baby Rio carries on crying as Raz tries to calm him down the tunnels gloomy and is filled with spider webs (Ripkin is terrified of spiders) the stat walking as they debate whether or not to go back they have been walking for a while now and Baby Rio starts to stumble as he is getting tired from the long walk ‘’is this tunnel going to go on forever?’’ Ripkin asked in a tired voice  ‘’it feels like’’ replied Raz they agree on stopping now as they’ve had a long day and they are exhausted, they stop and huddle up on the ice like tunnel floor as they drift off to sleep they start to hear noises that getting closer and closer by the second they think their hallucinating because their tired but they fall asleep before they could think twice. Are they safe?…

Chapter 2 – The Journey

the children awoke to a terrifying giggle echoing through the tunnel, they saw a large figure getting nearer, instantly they got up without saying a single word to each other. All of them started as they feared for their lives, they didn’t dare to look back. Realising they weren’t so far from getting out, they carry on running until each of them get out they shut the portcullis leaving the Gorm trapped inside. 

Taking a big deep breath, they feel like they’ve run a marathon so they take a small break as they can’t see the Gorm.  Ripkin tried to walk and start their journey but he felt a pulling pain in his ear

Ripkin turned back and saw his ear stuck in the portcullis since Raz didn’t see the Gorm she quickly pulled it up the children  start running, the children start to think that they have lost the Gorm so they stop and take a long deep breath “ i know where we are Good Luck Forest!’’ gasped Raz they look at each other “so that means what exactly?’’ wondered Ripkin ‘’that means there’s a burrow east in about 5 minutes’’ replied Raz, they wander east for a little bit the children spot a burrow and start sprinting towards it as they get close they hear cheering and people having fun Raz knocks and looks at Podkin “ are you sure this is a good idea? We don’t even know them”  Raz questioned the door opens “ Hello little ones can i help you?” asked an old rabbit “uh yes please we were wondering if we could come in we have nowhere to go” replied Ripkin , The rabbit lets the children in.

They ask for some food and sit down calmly, Raz sighs in relief  “finally somewhere warm!” Raz exclaimed they got their food and started gobbling it like animals Ripkin notices a familiar looking skull symbol on the wall  he points it out to Raz “that’s the Gorms symbol” shouted Raz she picks up Rio “Run through here!” she added they run like they have never before they speed up the pace as they see the portcullis. Closing they slipped under it like ninjas except for one Podkin his ear was stuck again! but this time you couldn’t just lift it back up this time he was really stuck…

Chapter 3

Two days later and we are in my little office. We sit quietly drinking some tea. Outside the mist is still there but the storm hasn’t calmed down. Inside we are warm and cosy but Viola has no plans on staying inside “Herbie come on we can’t stay in your dusty office forever” not this again, i think to myself “ i know where it can be found.” 

Last night it turns out Viola has been looking for where the mander live she claims to have seen the weird goo that we had seen at the rundown arcade but it was near the danger sign up at the cliffs where the so called “death caves” are, well that’s what the locals call it.

I make sure that the safe in the office is locked and everything else is also locked up this time i brought a warm coat and torch instead of freezing outside, Viola has already set off without thinking twice I catch up to her and we follow the sand on the beach till we see the cliff and the goo again i know i can’t leave her she is stubborn but still i find myself following her i make my way carefully while she doesnt care.

I had not believed Viola but the goo was quite clear. There are two gooey patches, the one near the mountain leading to this dark miserable cave, the other goo spot is just outside the arcade. “Hurry up Herbie we don’t have all day” mutters viola. I’m not trying to blame Viola but I have a feeling that she is getting us into more trouble.

The cave is dark. Really dark. It smells like rotten fish and klomberries, we hear a slight rumble as some dirt falls off the roof of the cave, We go deeper into the cave and spot a large nest we go closer to have a better look. It’s a purple and pink egg with deadly spikes. We stop and stare at it. The klombomanders egg.

In that moment, i feel horrible, we shouldn’t be here they have an colossal egg that will hatch anytime soon “lets go” i shout as i tug viola’s sleeve voila agrees we head to the cave but its completely blocked off by a large body it doesn’t sound so happy we can see the glowing red eyes, feel the tension and hear the claws scraping against the floor we shine our torches towards the figure “klombomander!” Herbie shouts.

Chapter 2 

We sat silently before I asked “what did you see?” right before she could answer i gave it a guess “Klombomander!” i shout of course I was right she had seen the klombomander. Half an hour later we agree on going out and finding the klombomander. Shaking in fear we both step out of the fish and chips shop.

We realise it’s as cold as standing in a freezer “which way should we go?” I ask “lets just retrace my steps” she exclaims “this way is the arcade!” he shouts over the wind they walk quicker to make the time pass “ew i just stepped in goo!” she cries out, we wander into the arcade as the lights on the machines flicker they head to the back but as they get arcade as the lights on the machines flicker they head to the back door they hear a low growl, they look at each other in fear viola and I slowly retreat but as they do viola trips on a wire connected to the machines “we see who the clumsy one here is” i laugh before voila could reply the klombomander charges through the door and stumbles through the front door “chase it!” voila shouts they chase it but as soon as they get out of the arcade they hear a loud splash  as if a meteor fell into the water “ of course it got away it’s just our luck today” complains viola . the klombomander is deep underwater by now.

Prologue

You have probably been to Cheerie-on-sea. In the summer, you probably played games with your friends or went to the arcade. When you came, There would probably be ice cream vans and crowds of people. Locals say there is a creature that comes out of the sea during the night the people that say they have seen the creature have similar descriptions so i’m going to tell you what they said, the people described the it as a large creature, with multi-coloured spikes and a long tail it appears during the night so that’s why you probably won’t see it, people don’t mind the creature apart from the size of it.

Some say it is searching for its lost child and has been for many years. Many people say the child wandered off during the night and since he hasn’t come back others say the child and mother just like to stay there since it is a good area and has lots of food there.

They see the Gorm’s soldiers approaching the warren “the people coming here look familiar.” exclaimed Raz it clicks to her mind that they are the Gorm’s soldiers the children start to pack up and get ready to go “look there is a warren exit!” Ripkin confirmed they quickly finish their food so they don’t starve then they get ready to run away.

The children are up and ready to run from the Gorm soldiers “on 3 ready 3,2,1 run!” shouted “Raz the little band of rabbits run like they’ve never before through the tunnels the muscular soldiers are chasing after them “close the portcullis quick!” shouted one of the soldiers, the children got lost at a dead-end. What will they do?. They turn and slide under the portcullis like a pack of ninjas. In the blink of an eye someone trapped them so the rabbits had to turn again. Seconds later the children start scurrying “were out let’s hide behind a tree!” exclaimed Ripkin 

The little band of rabbits scurry behind a big enough tree to hide the kids are cold and still a bit hungry since they haven’t eaten much since they were in a hurry to get out of the trap warren Rikin remember that he might have some berries (he got them on the way to the warren) “wait I might have some berries!” shouted Ripkin he handed them out and they sat and ate them while he was looking on the map 4 muscular shadows lure up behind them and grab the little rabbits. It was scarface…

Chapter 4 –  the escape

A while after they have been captured they wake up in a rusty cell that smells like rotten eggs, as the children realise where they are a guard walks in “aye  you rabbits awake!” shouted the guard as he banged his metal pole against the bars he chuckled as he walked back to his office, Ripkin made sure not to talk so loud as they might get beat “i’m so starving that i’d eat a rotten carrot” whispered Ripkin “same here” replied Raz  they check what’s in there bag “ great we still have that knife that can’t even cut through iron” sighed Ripkin

A little while later as they get hungrier by the minute the door bursts wide open “dinner is served!” shouted the guard . the children take their mushy peas and porridge, a short while later s they are eating they hear a burrowing noise in the mud walls  its getting closer and closer by the second “do you hear that?” asked Ripkin “cut through the bars and see they are metal anyway it will be easy” replied raz, Ripkin gets the knife and starts cutting away. A short while later he’s cut enough to fit through its moles burrow! The children wake up Rio and start packing up as quickly as they can.

Moments later they are running through the tunnel with the moles “make a diversion!” shouted the mole leader as he carried on leading the little band of rabbits. They can finally see light from the outside “we’re almost out!” shouted  Raz they run quicker “unicorn” Rio exclaimed “i’ll lead the unicorns get on one each they will follow me anyway.“ A short while later while they’re in the sky Ripkin notices something. The crow…

The Halloween unicorn ,which is rarely seen,  is found only in hot countries. It has not been seen since 1902 people sometimes assume they are extinct (they only come out once per year for a month). The name makes it seem frightening but it’s very friendly, they give out sweets of your choice if you ask them nicely.

The unicorns choose to live in hot countries. They hide high up in trees and camouflage till Halloween when  they are forced to come out of hiding because the tree’s leaves fall off. As the weather gets colder they move away to a lovely warm cave created by their Leader (King Halloween Unicorn)  where they start hibernating for the whole winter. 

The Halloween Unicorn’s body is built as strong as granite and is as hard as rock. Their golden hooves shine brightly; it makes them run as fast as lighting. Their eyes are as black as their soul. Their flowing red tail looks like a river of blood. Their wings are as delicate as lace but as strong as steel, they can fly miles upon miles ; their night purple body makes them almost impossible to see when they fly.

They eat insects as crunchy snacks but their breakfast,lunch and dinner are only  sweets. That they get on Halloween to last them a whole year, they spit out in the mornings and it lasts them all day. Sometimes they have fruits like apples or mango (oranges are their favourite they tend to only eat meat on Christmas as a treat for themselves and their young. They have plenty of meat captured for the whole year if for some reason they stop producing sweats.

The Halloween Unicorn is friendly to people and other Halloween unicorns. When it comes to different bread unicorns they don’t like them they fight and their tail flare up like a rocket and they canter towards their nemesis with there midnight black horn pointed right at them, they rear to look more aggressive and so that their nemesis backs down and fears of them. They are quite friendly to Humans or any other animals although if you touch their young they do exactly the same thing to other unicorns their young stays with them for their whole life. 

Many rumors have been spread that there have been sightings of them which has a high chance of being true since it’s just been Halloween. If you spot them do not do the following: ride them, hunt them, go near them, tell anyone or feed them anything we advise you to stay away and just report it to the authorities. We think you should stay away from them because they might be a young and their mother or father might  be watching their instinct is to bite and then run. Please stay away from them since they are wild animals.
