Haiku poems by …. Harrison

Snow freezing to ice.

Leaves once fallen now frozen.

Snow crunches under my feet.

The taste of sweets in my mouth.

Bonfires drifting in the sky.

Children collects sweets.

The sun heating the Earth.

People rushes to get ice cream.
Everyone goes into the cold ocean.

What Are you.

You are a fast Frisbee soaring though the deep, blue sky like a huge eagle getting ready to catch its pray.

You are the blazing sun on the hottest summers day.

You are the sound of the blaze of the dreading wild fire on a hot day.

You are the taste of the fish and chips at the beach.

You are the touch of the cold, dark ibis with the mystical creatures.

You are as cold as the coldest dry ice on a freezing cold day.

You are in the other side of the never ending ibis.

You are the impossibility of a cold sun.

You Are…

You are a ruby red rose that is waiting to get picked for a bouquet.                                              You are a fearsome ocelot ready to pounce on a mouse that you have been watching .            You are the sound of the best choirs in one room.                                                                          You are the smell of fresh fruit awaiting to get eaten.
