Chapter 2 the journey to a warren

Sidkin woke up and heard the noise of iron scraping together.He woke the others up and they were frightened.They grabbed their luggage and ran as fast as cheetahs.They turned a corner and saw a glimpse of light .They could hear him riding his giant rats ,getting closer.

The sun was blinding them. Sue questioned.”Do you think the gorm is lost?”Spaz looked behind and could only see dust.They were out and then the tunnel collapsed and chopped sidkins ear off.The first thing they saw was a bright clear river flowing smoothly.Then noticed a crow with a deep stare.

Spaz carried on walking . The children were following the stream to see where they would end up.They got to a dead end so they had two options. To go through the deep dark woods or swim across.They cant swim and are super scared of the dark.Then Sidkin had a plan to get logs and build a bridge. Sue was still *********** made it and ran across.In the distance  spaz saw the top of a warren. They were running and being as brave as they could.Then the children went into a deep gloomy forest.

Sue could hear christmas carols. Sidkin-the dumbest-said lets go inside.The others said it wasd a bad idea.Then Sidkin sprung inside .The others followed and went straight to the crackling fire.They had goose bumps.The rabbits stopped singing.So the children turned around.Then had knives to the face. 

I’m ready to run but there’s only the back of the pier facing me.The outside of the egg was shining red.But were trapped!Then Violet starts talking in a calm voice.”It’s fine”she says.I could tell she was trying to hide her fear.

The birdamander pauses. Its red eyes were staring at us.We won’t hurt you or your baby.We will help you.Violet opens her hands to show she won’t harm them.The birdamamnder was listening carefully.We think its working. Violet is talking to a legendary creature.

“We are leaving now”says violet.We calmly walk past the birdamander.Its following us all the way to the end of the pier.

Outside, I take a deep breath and smile. Inside, we hear the birdamander flying back to its nest to see the baby.

The storm has cleared.Stars brighten the night sky.We walk back home and talk.No-one must find the nest under the pier.Violet talks rapidly and i can barely understand her.She had the idea to put signs up saying the beach is closed.

By the time we are walking through the town, the sun edges over the bright blue water.Bill-Go-Lucky was placing chairs down as if it was a hot day.he waves to us with a big grin.Mrs butcher was swapping the sign to say open not closed.She set beach umbrellas , spades,buckets and balls.When we get to the museum the traffic had begun.

I shove the door open trying to get in.Inside it was warm and cosy,Outside it was cold and windy.I think to myself will the birdamanders be safe.

The only thing violet does is read and go on adventures.She found a captains log written in 1864.It was about a fisherman who caught a legendary rock.There was only 10 in the wor;d then.He threw it away because he thought it was just a plain old rock.

That evening,we talked. Our adventure isn’t over, it has just begun. 

1 week later and we are in my little room.We sit in silence,reading books about the mythical creature the birdamander.Outside,A mysterious storm was slowly taking over the town.Inside we are warm and cosy.Violet whispered”I know where it lives we can catch it.”

It turns out violet spent the past 5 hours in the freezing storm.She was hanging around the pier searching miles of the beach.She claims to have seen footsteps like the ones in the abandoned chip shop.But these were under the pier.

I lock up the museum and make sure everything is shut and the lights are turnt off.This time ill make sure to bring torches so we can see in the dark then i got two puffa jackets to keep us warm. The storm was flooding the road so we had  to get our feet soaked.we followed the signs that have arrows pointing to the beach.I didn’t want to go but i can’t leave her alone. Shes a bone-headed girl and yet i’m still following her.Cautiously we step on the sand.

We see footprints in the distance. So we run straight to them following the trail.But we noticed there aren’t one pair of feet, there are two.But we just carried on and we found the pier.I have a feeling violets leading me into trouble.

All i could smell was the salty water and  I could see loads of shells on the side of the pier.We want under and we heard a crack noise echo.But we kept walking side by side shining are torches straight in front of us.Then i saw a shadow, a small one.Suddenly, a baby birdamander appears it looked cute but sounded vicious.

At that moment, I thought we shouldn’t be here.I tugged violet and shouted lets get out of here. But she ignored me and carried on.I turn around and i a growl heading closer and closer.Violet turns around and we both shine are torches towards the noise. There it is.The birdamander! Violet steps forward; i step back

The birdmander is a frightening animal and is very fierce.It lives in water but can come on land. Also,it can kill you in one bite.

The mander has the sharpest teeth in the world sharper than a knife. It also has demon red eyes.Also,eyes brighter than fire.Stay away because if you close to it it will kill you.It’s even stronger than a megalodon. Don’t get fooled by how cute it is.

The mander eats megalodons to get energy and help them get stronger.Also,it eats people when it’s hungry and to swim faster. It will eat anything in its path.Many people believe that it lives in the ocean but it lives in the sea.

Late at night,I was walking along the beach with my dog.Suddenly,I saw a mysterious creature submerge out of the ocean.It had red demon eyes staring into my soul.It was slowly walking to me ready to bite me.It was about to bite me but my dog ben got it from the side.Then we ran along the beach dodging as the rocks.We called the police but all they done was laugh until they investigated the beach and one died.

Chapter 3 The  attack

Inside the warren, they were saying we live only 1 mile away.We don’t work with the gorm we promise. Suddenly, Spaz saw something! She was worried.She was trying to communicate with Sidkin while he had a riot with them. Then they heard an iron bar fall.Like ants in their pants, they started running around. Guards were shouting close the gates.

The children ran as fast as lightning flashing but they were horrified.The muscular gorm was chasing them.Then everyone shouted slide under the gate.

Suddenly,Podkin nearly had his other ear cut off. They ran down the spooky, haunted tunnel. Once they were outside of the tunnel.

They were free and could hear the horrifying noise of rabbits dying.Also the squelch of a knife going into their guts.

The children could hear the gorm striking at the gates.Outside the warren, they darted through the woods.

Suddenly, they heard the creepy footsteps come from every direction.The children couldn’t escape. Then they got grabbed by the gorm leader(ramashak).They got chucked in a cart with metal bars at the back.Then the path changed and went straight down. It was to hell where the devil lives-the gorm-.They were in  a cage

CHAPTER 1

As the children see their fellow friends get attacked by the gorm.Aunt Soulin is taking Sidkin,Spaz and sue upstairs while they hear swords clashing and chaos happening.Then Aunt Soulin shoved them into the room and they were frightened.They were crying of fear. Sidkin shouted”why did you bring us in a bedroom is not much safer?Anyway mum and dad are dying”Shouldn’t we help are friends and family?

Then Aunt Soulin was looking under beds,sofas,even the desk.She couldn’t find the thing.It was special so they have to take it otherwise the Gorm will take it and do some demon things to it.Then kill the world. Spaz questioned” what are you looking for?We can help”Then she found it.It was a diamond dagger.Also she gave them a map of the tunnel.

They were arguing with aunt Soulin because they didn’t want to go.They think their older enough to protect their home.Then aunt Soulin yelled”he’s too aggressive for you” Then you could hear sue crying not knowing what to do.Then they heard a terrifying noise of footsteps.He was stomping on the stairs.Aunt Soulin screamed” run GO GO he’s killed them all run for your life.

Then they took a deep breath and went inside of the tunnel of nothingness.They desperately wanted to stay. Then of they went carrying Sue. When they got inside they were fighting who’s going to read the map. Then they settled down and then they let Sidkin read it.Then all of a sudden, They stumbled on something.They thought it looked like a chest.Then they took a closer look . There were a pile of clothes, blankets and pillows.

Suddenly,they get lost so they handed Spaz the map.They were trying to find the way.But they feel like they travelled 40 miles. They’re struggling a lot. They should of let Spaz take it at first.

Suddenly,Their legs started to feel numb which is unfortunate because they just found were they were. Suddenly they collapsed… They are safe for now
