Chapter 1 – the evacuation 

Quickly, they rushed to the bedroom.

That afternoon, a letter came through the door from Mr Ferret. It said, i’d like to inform u but the gorm is only a few miles away. “You need to go peter, Rebecca and Flopsi now go” said aunti Peppa

Peter, Rebbeca Flopsi left without hesitating. The cave was gloomy, dark and dim stalactites hang from the ceiling making them look like they were gonna

fall.They all began to get claustrophobic in the tight squeeze. Flopsi began to cry it was so loud the stalactites almost fell, crushing them all.

Peter, Rebbeca and Flopsi come out the cave barely surviving all of a sudden loud noises coming from close by in the depths of the forest. Flopsi, Peter and Rebbeca were all exhausted from the long journey in the cave. They all made a den for the three of them. They all shivered in fear as they slept in the horrible den. 

Peter, Rebbeca and Flopsi ended up holding each other’s hand and ended up drifting off to sleep. When they woke up they destroyed the den to leave evidence they were there and they ran.

Will they be safe or has the Gorm followed them?

Chapter 2 – Lava Forest

Peter, Rebeca and Flopsi ran to the colossal tree to look at the map. They were looking for a new location for their new trip. They looked on their map to find their new location for their trip. They looked on their map to see where they were going next, which is lava forest. The weather was herandes it got colder for every footstep they took.

Once they got to lava forest, the trees and everything were red and orange but for some particular reason it wasn’t hot. They began to get nervous and paranoid

Thinking about all the bad things that could happen like the terrifying ghastly Gorm following them.

The lava forest had a little shack with a strange lady inside making some weird stew or some magical spell. Peter knocked on the door making it shake in case she was deaf, while he knocked on the door Rebeca and Flopsi hid behind the tree. The lady answered and let them in.

The gorm knows where you are and you see a metal crow fly above and suddenly everyone disappears.

Chapter 3 – The End?

Once Peter, Rebecca and Flopsi went into the shack the woman who owned the shack goes into the room and calls the gorm and whispers “I have the three rabbits come to IP37 there here” whispers the shack owner. Peter, Rebecca and Flopsi begin to get suspicious of her and all of a sudden they see the gorm. The shack lady tried to grab them and hold them back poof, they zoomed away to not be seen.

Peter, Rebeca and Flopsi ran for their life because they didn’t want what happened to their father to happen to them. They were now at their new location called Rusty Village. It was old and abandoned and all the buildings were metal and rusted. They began to hide but stupidly seperated from each other thinking they wouldn’t be caught. (well lets just say they were wrong) once The Gorm came they were spotted straight away.

Peter, Rebeca and Flopsi didn’t know the Gorm saw them and when P Peter Peeped around the corner and the Gorm dived  to get to him before  he ran and knocked him out, he found the other two rabbits and caught them and did what they did to Peter. 

Suddenly you’re back at Lava Land and takes you to a mysterious cave. Is this the end?

Chapter 4

Peppa stepped forward calmly and spoke in a soft voice, “it’s ok we’re not here to hurt you or your egg!” The Humanders eyes turned from red to green whilst I thought to myself this is working. The creature gazed wearily at us. Eventually its gaze softened  and it slowly crept towards us.

“We’re leaving now,” said Peppa, trying to keep her brave voice on. We walked past it hoping it wouldn’t pounce on us. We made it outside and as I got out me and the Humander made eye contact. We were relieved that we made it out safely!

Outside, I take a long breath and a sigh with comfort. Inside, we hear the humander shuffle to its nest.

The mist vanished. The blazing moon light and the shining stars that lit up the sky. We walked back to the shack and we began to chat. No one must go into the forbidden forest where the cave is. We need to find an excuse to ban people going up there “i have an idea!” Peppa excitedly said. We pretend there was a crash, banning people from going up there.

By the time we got to my shack the sun started to arise. So instead of going to sleep  we put up some deckchairs even though we were exhausted. After 5 hours we got invited to a free dinner at Shanes eerie cafe. We also got given a free umbrella because we didn’t have one. We went to the arcade by the time we got out, traffic began.

I fumbled with the keys to the shack, it was nice and warm and the fire was still crackling. I wonder if the egg is gonna hatch safely? Will it live?

Peppa sauntered to the ‘showcase of beach-combining’. I stand by her wobbly fingers pointed towards a red speckled with gold. We both looked at it and we both saw the same thing.

All day, Peppa stuck her nose in books, records ancient logs. It was a story about a red gem that looked like an egg. They kept the rock till it disappeared by the vicios humander.

Chapter 3

Three days later we were in my shack. We sat there muted, not daring to talk, we were consuming custard creams, my favourite. Outside, the sunset set and a peculiar mist had almost covered  the beach  and pier. inside , we were warm and comfy and the fire crackled  in front of us however Peppa had plans.

“Ik where it lives,where it lives!” Peppa said. It turned out that she was outside for hours, following its footsteps and it led her to Hell On fire club. So I sat there thinking if we should go or not.

I lock up the shack and make sure that all the windows are closed and lights switched off before we leave. This time I make sure that we have a lantern and I wrap myself in a cosy fluffy jacket. The dark cloud mist ran through the sky; we could only see a half a metre through the mist. We ran and ran until Peppa and I got to the top of the bluf (which is a cliff). If you go up there, you’re not bound to go into the forbidden forest where Hell Fire club is. 

“I couldn’t believe her footprints were clear,” I whispered. Come on, this is where it lives. I turned around thinking if I should go in or not. I thought again, should I go with the skinny girl called peppa? I knew she was leading me to trouble.

I followed her through the cave and walked for a while and we began to get bored until we began to get bored until we found a maze. We walked through it until we found an alcove with a bright glow from an egg.

At that moment I felt a stab of disgrace. “ We should go”my voice trembled. I looked behind us and the entrance was blocked. I told Peppa to look behind her and there it was.

Chapter 2

We sat down holding our breaths about to pop. Once the Humander left I put on the kettle and once the bubbles burst I started to think “will he pounce on us? Will he kill us?” 

Me and Peppa peeped through the door cracks and he wasn’t there so we made the run for it.

Once we got to our destination, we saw slimy footprints and hair strands ripped off someone’s head. We quickly ran inside the arcade and i stupidly forgot to put the wet floor sight down and slipped making the quadruple moniter fall down smashing to pieces. The humander peered through the window and quickly jumped through it aming for peppa so I grabbed its scaly tail and threw it into the ocean.

We ran and ran till we were out of breath. I could tell he was angry now, me and Peppa are at the top of the pier, we glance behind us and he was there running towards us.

We are out of breath, we saw a little shack so we hid behind it hoping he wouldn’t see us. Until, a man shouted “get off my lawn!” and the humander saw us. The man was still hanging out the window. The humander ate him but while it was distracted we got away.

We are now hiding in the museum  hoping he wouldn’t find us we hid in the smallest and darkest corner and we hear big footsteps.

Prologue

You’ve probably been to a wonderful place called Joyful-on -Sea. In summer, you probably played fun games, go hiking or even go rod fishing. When you came out of the cold, icy sea you’ll see your dad, who has his belly out, laying on the stripey blue and red deckchair and your mum eating the tasty fish and chips looking after your brother or sister (well not if u dont have one). You probably got taken to the : museum funfare or the pier, it’s that kind of place in summer.

But in winter, you probably felt the icy cold wind run down your back giving you the shivers. You should try to be there when the rain is 20mph, crashing down like massive rocks. Only a few people have gone dreadful on the sea because people have seen stuff…

Chapter 1

My name is Reese Butter and I’m 19 and work at the  arcade on the pier. I have roughly 500 customers. Even though my name is Reese Butter, people call me Ray (that’s my nickname). Someone told me that it must suck to have a job but i really like it. I get high pay but I don’t like spending money so I only live in a small, cramped shack. We don’t get many visitors in winter.

A girl wheezed “let me in” I let her in and she said “hide me, hide me” and i asked her whats wrong and she said “a creepy man is following me no be quiet”. Hw arrives and peers in the window. 

Before I continue with what happens next, there is one story about our town that I should tell you. It happened such a long time ago I don’t even think people remember the dates. News reporters say it comes out at night and roams the streets but its hard to believe  because news people half the time lie until i saw it.

“Why do you need to hide?” I asked. “There’s a man!” she hissed back at me. There half human, half animal, its so scary help me then we heard him.

Yesterday, at (10pm) Violet and I were strolling down the pier with chips and saw Sebastian Eels laying down. We thought he was just sunbathing.

Violet and I were looking for clues for an hour but then thought to go back and check on Sebastian Eels. Then it happened.

A tall slimy creature stood high over Sebastian Eels he took out his razor sharp teeth and almost took Sebastian eels but i quickly snatched him away. We were about to run  but the Seegols dog scared it back into the ocean.
