Ella’s eyes opened as big as dinner plates as she gazed around she could hear: the banana milk waterfall rushing down the cliff; the trees blowing in the wind; and the people rushing and huddling together.
She walked down the pebbly path “This place is amazing,” Ella said to herself. The path led to a cottage, but it wasn’t an ordinary cottage. When Ella put her hand through the wall it went straight through and didn’t hurt at all. Then Ella realised the cottage was made from clouds. She opened the door and entered the cosy living room, then she walked through to the kitchen. There was an enormous chocolate cake on the table and cute herself a big slice.
But there didn’t seem to be her wish anywhere. Her wish was that she couldn’t find her dog that she had lost last week. But her dog wasn’t anywhere.
She was just about to turn on the TV when she heard something coming from upstairs. She just ignored it at first, but then she heard it again. Her arms got goosebumps, she stood up without realising and walked up the stairs there was a tapping sound on the wooden floor. Ella opened the door. Nothing moved.
A moment later, she saw something move in the shadows and the cretcher moved into the light. It was the she was it: ruby red eyes glistening in the light; ragged fur, all muddy and full with leafs; a deep growl breaking the silence; and long claws scratching on the floor.
The dog walked towards her, she stumbled down the stairs and ran down the pebbly path, she looked behind her and the dog was running after her. She was trying to find the door but it wasn’t there. The dog started growling and slowly walking towards her.
