The ender-bee

The ender – bee is a murderous, prehistoric insect that is making scientists extremely confused. The deadly beasts have been found in the tallest of trees in tropical places such as Mexico. A curious explorer explored places that have never been discovered before. He chopped down a tree for firewood exposing a huge colony of this creature. Do you now live in fear of this bee-like creature that lurks in Mexico? Or. Do you want to save this deadly beast?

Hypnotising eyes.

The ender-bee has ruby-red and emerald-green eyes. This makes it easier to feed and capture prey. Fortunately, this trick only works on frogs and ants. Worryingly, frogs are going down at an uncontrollable rate. Luckily, this spell wears off in three days but some animals are killed before it wears off.

Murderous bite.

The bite is probably the biggest threat to us humans. This is because once bit by this creature there is no going back. To any other animal being bit is not so bad but once a human is bit there is a high chance of them dying from any time from one to five minutes. Thankfully, scientists are working on a vaccine so our body can fight this disease. After being bit, the venom flows through your veins and can cause heart attacks.

Stinger.

Offering some relief, the ender-bee’s stinger does not do as much damage as the bite would to the hum body but it still does quite a lot. Once being stung, it feels like a normal bee has stung you but after around three days you will gain lung and/or heart diseases. Thankfully, a cure has been made for the sting of the ender-bee the only problem is you will have to apply the cure as soon as being stung. If not, then you might find yourself in the emergency room of your local hospital.

Smoke producers.

The smoke that comes out of the producers do no harm to humans but ca be very harmful to ants and frogs. When the ender-bee is flying and a frog attempts to catch them the smoke would go onto the frog putting it in a two-week long coma. People are gathering this smoke and making it into a stronger ant poison.

Claws / gatherers

The claws gather their prey / food after it has been killed. The claws are so powerful some may even say that they are unbreakable. Scientists are trying to use their claws to make new bullet-proof armour.

This ender bee has caused a lot of controversy. But the question is: what do you think?

The Emporium (Chapter four)

After about 30 minutes of walking, Autumn could here footsteps close behind her and they were certainly not Elmo’s. Suddenly Autumn’s eyes started to brighten. They were glowing a bright green colour. Was it a sign that the queen was near?

As her eyes started to glow brighter, the breeze seemed to get stronger. “What is happening Elmo?” shouted Autumn over the wind worriedly. But there was no reply. “Elmo?!” she shouted again, but still no reply. “Where are you Elmo?” she said for the last time. She looked up trees. In bushes. But there was no Elmo in sight.

“Autumn?” said a soft, faint voice from behind her, “Where were you?”

“I was looking everywhere for you Elmo!” shouted Autumn, “my eyes were glowing really bright and the breeze was getting aggressive. Do you know what that means?”

“It means the queen is nearby and we have got to move, come on Autumn!” said Elmo worriedly.

All of a sudden a tall figure stepped out in front of Elmo and Autumn. Was it the queen? Sure it was. ‘How are we going to escape now?’ Elmo thought to himself. You could see that confident yet scared look on Autumn’s face. What was she going to do?

Autumn picked up a stick – that had recently fallen from a tree – and approached the queen.

“Sorry, not sorry,” said Autumn confidently. She wacked the queen making her fall to the ground. Dead. Suddenly the beautiful crown that was on the queen’s head floated in the air and started to hover above Autumn. Then it was slowly placed on her head. She was the new queen of the forest! Despite the fact Autumn was the new queen, she had to go back to the emporium. And, well go home. They tried everything: the book, the birds, the squirrels. But nothing worked. Eventually, Autumn and Elmo found three trees, each with doors on them. They both knew one thing: only one of the doors would take them home.

Autumn decided to go with her gut – the middle door. Was she correct? They would have to wait and see. Elmo and Autumn walked towards the middle door. “Ready? 3.. 2… 1…” they both said whilst opening the door. Did thy make the right decision?

They held hands, closed their eyes and walked through the door. When they opened their eyes they were back at the emporium.

“We have to get out of here, and fast!” shouted Autumn whilst running out the door with Elmo.

After a few months, Autumn and Elmo started to live together happily.

Then Autumn soon realised that she had the power to switch between the two relms.

The End.

Or is it…?

The Emporium (Chapter three)

Autumn found herself in a forest like none other: enchanting trees full of life as the squirrels ran up it and the birds perched on the finest branches; ever-green leaves swaying gracefully through the breeze; multi coloured roses blooming peacefully as the days go by. What an amazing place! Autumn could not believe what she was looking at. But why was she chosen to go?

Autumn looked left. She looked right. She still couldn’t process the fact this was reality. Suddenly she heard voices in the distance and loud sic playing. Was there a party? Then there was a bang coming from behind a nearby tree. “What was that?” said Autumn clutching the book in her hands, “Who is there?” She didn’t know, but she was determined to find out.

“What are you doing with my book small girl?” came a nasal voice from behind her. Autumn slowly turned around to see a tall, pale figure wearing hazel and green from head to toe. And on her head sat the finest crown in the land: the golden colour shone brightly in the daylight and was encrusted with sapphires and emeralds. Standing before Autumn was none other than evil Queen April-May.

Autumn was certain that something was going to go wrong. And she was more than correct. The Queen grew impatient with Autumn – you could tell because her face as glowing bright red. Autumn only had two options: she could run away with the book and she wouldn’t find her or hand over the book and never be able to return the book to Mr Luciano. The Queen was full of rage. “There is no escape now little girl!” laughed the queen evilly. Could this be the end? Queen April-May snapped her fingers and sent the squirrels charging at autumn. Luckily she got away just in time. She ran and ran down the path weaving in and out of all the trees. The Queen was no-where to be seen. Maybe she lost her? Suddenly a small figure began to approach Autumn perhaps it was an elf? “Hey there! Sorry if I startled you. I’m Elmo the elf and I am here to help you escape from this horrible land!” said the small boy in a squeaky voice, “please, follow me!”

And just like that that walked off into the distance. Little did they k ow the Queen was close behind…

The Emporium (Chapter two)

Autumn just couldn’t take her eyes off the enchanting book. All the crystals on the front cover really intrigued her. Slowly she began to open the book to see what exciting things are inside of it. But, before she had time to do so the owner came in.

“DO NOT OPEN THAT BOOK! Put it down at once,” said the owner sternly, “I am Mr Luciano and I found that book in a forest in North Wales, it belonged to a very special person you know!

“I am sorry sir I was just intrigued by the intricate designs on the front cover!” said Autumn.

Autumn slowly placed the book down on top of an old, dusty box and waited patiently for Mr Luciano to leave the room. Suddenly an alarm went off and some glass smashed in the back room, making Mr Luciano rush out to see what had happened. Now it was just Autumn and the book alone in the room.

Autumn slowly picked up the book and began to read. “The famous welsh forest in 1979,” she said out loud. Mr Luciano rushed in the room shouting something but Autumn couldn’t hear him, the world had grown silent. Her hair started to blow in the wind whilst her body began to fade away.

She soon found herself in a place full of trees each towering over her, a pathway appeared in front of her and the wind was blowing her hair. Squirrels ran past her making little squeaking noises they looked exactly like the ones on the front cover of the book. She seemed to be in a forest but not any old forest the famous welsh one from 1979. Did she go back in time?

She looked at the trees around her, still trying to figure out how she got here. All of a sudden she felt a hand touch her shoulder. Autumn turned around to see who it was. It was the queen of nature: queen April. They met eye contact and smiled at each other. The queen suddenly began to say something…

The Emporium (Chapter one)

Autumn had always loved nature and when October came around she was intrigued by the leaves that were on the trees, each of them had a fascinating and unique colour on it. One day a big gust of wind came along blowing the leaf that Autumn was looking at inside what seemed to be a shop. Of course she ran in after it. But when she entered she could not believe her eyes, there were memories all around he just waiting to be made.

Everywhere Autumn looked she saw things that she wanted to touch. She saw a crystalized, golden crown that once sat on the proudest queens head, many glossy, enchanting and lavish crystals that hung from the ceiling and a fireplace with immense, violent flames shooting up and letting off smoke. But what really caught Autumn’s eye was this big book with the words ‘The Book of Nature’ on the front of it. She opened up the book to see what sort of nature was in it. But as she opened it up the pages shone brightly after every word she read.

“Ah, I see you’ve found my book of nature,” whispered a voice. Autumn stopped reading and looked around to see were the voice could of came from. At first she thought it was just a voice in her head, but the she looked up and saw a dark figure towering over her. It was a tall man with smoky grey hair wearing a black suit looking right at her with his arms crossed.

The world’s treasures

If I were summoned to create a treasure, I would take:

the leaves of a towering, trust-worthy oak tree, the words of a big bring book and all of the deadly, dangerous teeth of a sabre-tooth tiger,

the most relaxing, calming cloud in the bright blue sky, a sample of a tiger’s soft, stripy fur and the most fresh, vibrant strawberry in the whole entire world.

In the room of…

In the room of precious planets, I jumped from one to another trying to find and easy escape.

In the room of buzzing bees, I collected some of the beautiful blooming flowers.

In the room of suspicious spiders, I hid in the tallest tree trying not to get poisoned.

In the room of sad souls, I looked around to see if i could find my sorrowful story.

In the room of curious cats, I found myself softly stroking all of them.

Should dragons be hunted?

Should dragons be hunted?

Should dragons be hunted? That is a question that we all want to know the answer to. Here is some reason why dragons should and should not be hunted.

Here is a reason why dragons should be hunted:

Dragons are a threat to us citizens of Ashton and they could do many harmful things. Parents will be stressing hoping that their child doesn’t get injured by a dragon. Also these dragons would cause many fires if they are not tamed properly.

Here is a reason why dragons should not be hunted:

Dragons could provide us a nice warm house on a very cold day and could also give us cold water on a very hot day. Obviously we would have to train the dragons to not harm us and to be like friends to us. Dragons could do wonderful things just with our help.

Personally I think that dragons should be able to fly above our heads as long as we tame them first. What do you think?
