What are?
What are memorable? My cat, Blue about to glide off the fence, friendship as people remember the day they met and warm, frothy waves. What are silent? The moon’s grace, a night’s sky and a chick lying in bed curling up.
What a conquerable? Hiking all the way up a rocky mountain, swimming with dolphins and changing the world. What are frail? An orange autumn leaf, the bony leg of a flamingo and the thin piece of ice on a winter’s lake.
What are hollow? The tree’s unfilled insides, a broken heart and an uneven wooden wall. What are empty? The inside of sadness, just waiting for someone to cheer it up, a lost, glowing wish, waiting for someone to make it joyful and a lost soul.
What are lonely? An oak tree standing up straight to the sweltering sun, a child with no parents and an abandoned field with daffodils. What are scary? Shadows flying by in a flash spinning round the whole room, a bull shark winding around in the water and a clown’s smile widening and chomping on little children.
What are unconventional? Digging into popcorn and sprouts, a dictionary with false information. What are venomous? A snakes rattle, striking at you and a bright blue jellyfish in the water.
