Chapter 3

                     Sky ship chapter 3

All of a sudden th figure got up and started chasing the group. Poppy started panicking about what it was?!

It had short brown hair and red eyes. “Stop!” They all around and realised they had lost the vicious creature. He must of gone back to the building or to find his friend. All of them sat down to have a sip of water. “I swear if we encounter another weird creature on our journey”. “Splash, splash, splash” The water started shaking with the ground, Trees started rustling. They could tell an animal was nearby, a big one. “Footprints!”

The out of nowhere a cow came waddling out from behind a tree, a highland cow to be precise. Jennie’s face went pale with shock. They all started questioning themselves. Where did it come from? I’d it a baby cow? You could tell they wanted to keep her. Meghan slowly started approaching it. Slowly Meghan started         examining it. “It’s a girl!” She is so cute. I think we should name her, pudding! Pudding will be her name.

Her fur was soft like a blanked and her eyes were big and round. We should recruit her she can help us get home. Good smell, good at scaring other animals away, good at being adorable, she’s perfect!

A cruel cat

I’m willing to paint –

a cruel cat crying cutely,

a silly swan swimming secretly,

a lucky lizard lazily lying.

I’m willing to paint –

a library of peace as cold as ice,

a hall of mystery as scary as a horror movie,

a grown man as clumsy as a clown.

I’m willing to paint –

a cloud in the sky floating like white marshmallows,

popping popcorn in a colorful bucket like a bowl of rice krispies,

a child’s smile like a dreamy sunset.

I’m willing to paint –

a house made of fortune,

a pocket full of surprises,

a shadow of the sun.

the sky ship

The sky-ships white balloon flying in the sky as the breeze passes by.

Behind the mysterious room at the very back the propeller spins as fast as a washing machine.

the very dusty deck above the little living room, creaks and shrieks and makes a little tune when you walk across it.

suddenly the dirty floor breaks while everyone is in shock.

The Mysterious Gargoyle

Last night, something amazing happened. I was hanging out at the local park waiting for my friends to arrive. The swings swung back and forth, back and forth while the sun reflected off the metal slide. It was so hot that I had to take off brand new jumper and hand it on the climbing frame.

My friends had text me to let me know they were running late so I sat on the swings and scrolled through my phone. I kicked the dirt beneath my feet because there was nothing on my phone that really interested me.

It was now getting late and my friends still hadn’t arrived. It was beginning to get dark and misty so I went over to lean on the lamp post, next to the bins, which had just come on. A stench hit my nostril, it smelled like rotting fruit which had been left in the garbage can for days. I leaned against my lamppost and tried to phone my friends but there was no answer. That was when it happened. I saw a claw hit the bin with a bang. I stumbled back.

I could just see these short but thick arms with scaly skin.  A dark face with sharp teeth that could eat you in one big bite appeared. I backed away slowly. Whatever it was I had no idea where my friends were and I certainly needed help.

I ran  to the car park without looking back.  Just as my friends arrived in their Mum’s fancy car.  They stopped and stared. I jumped in the car and told them to just drive! Had I just seen a Malamander? Could the legend’s be true?

Adventure’s backpack

I would take a big book of magic spells that could transport me anywhere.

I would take a never ending supply of water bottles so I never get thirsty.

I would take a soft blanket to take me to a secret base.

I would take a fluffy coat to keep me as warm as toast.

I would take a fire dragon to protect me from the wild angry animals.

I would take a magical money tree so I can buy whatever I want.

I would take a magical plate of food that never ends.

The Frozen Dragon

The Frozen Dragon

The Frozen Dragon

As stationary as a tree.

Sparkling blue eyes

Evenly spaced beside the bridge of its long nose

Eyes as big as a beach ball.

Abrasive baby blue skin

Freezing from the tickling of the ice

Bumpy as rocks.

Boney jaws on the side of its skinny face

Sticking out like a root of a tree.

The teeth are jagged like mountains

As white as plain paper.

A forked tongue sticking out of its tiny lips

As red as a tomato.

The white scales

Stretching around the boney body.

The massive leathered wings spreaded around its a slim body

Gliding through the grey sky.

Spiky long claws scraping the land

The claws are like pencils.

Bendy spine climbing up its curved back

The spine is like a tree trunk.
