Once a strange creature flew past my face,
with a rainbow tale and nibbled at my cake,
I just knew it didn’t belong,
I’ve been looking for this all along,

It didn’t have any ears,
I think I was one of its biggest fears,
its arms just skin and bone,
it’s voice a very bight pitched tone,

Its eyes gloomy and black,
it’s wings covered it’s back,
it’s hair built with a few strands,
it was only smaller that my hand,

Its teeth small and sharp,
my dog didn’t even think to growl or bark,
it’s wings thin and almost opaque,
it looked like it’s wings were starting to ache,

Once a strange creature flew past my face,

The lady-bee

The lady-bee is an amazing type of insect that has only lately been discovered. It has the characteristics of a bee like pollinating and makes honey but it’s a really bright yellow not a mixture of yellow and orange and but look just like ladybugs with red and black stripes. Would you know what this creature was if you saw one and would you stay away from it?

Just like most insects the lady-bee is a Allen than your finger tip and can fly. It only makes a noise when it is stinging someone which sounds like an extremely quiet, high pitched scream because they don’t like it when they sting people. However, a majority have been killed because people like annoying them which causes them to sting you. They can sting up to 13 times before dying. Fortunately, they can live for forever but sadly none have even made it to the age 5 before dying.

The lady-bee’s limits have been pushed and someone even said that they had been stung 5 times at once. These creatures can be dangerous but only when you hurt them or their family. The creature can have 90 babies at a time so that means that everyone of them has a bug family so if you hurt one of the members you will be stung many times. Of you have been stung 30 times or more from the insect then you will grow small wings which are hard to go away.

The small man actually had a really tight grip and his nails were digging into Alice’s arm. “Where are you taking me?”asked Alice. The man said nothing. The more the girl tried to run away the grip got harder. It felt as hard as if your hand was in a lions jaw. She took a deep breathe in and wondered if she would ever get out of the strange land. It seemed infinite.

Alice tugged at the mans arm but the grip got even tighter. She knew she hadn’t been in this area before so she thought she had gone past the bush. Turns out she was correct. It felt like they had been walking for hours but it had only been 30 minutes. The dwarf then stopped. Alice didn’t know why. Then the man went to sleep on the grass and lost his grip. Alice was free! She didn’t dare to say a word because the small man might wake him up. She quickly ran to her thinking that was the way the way they came, but it wasn’t. The door then appeared right I front of her eyes but was covered in spiders and cobwebs.

Alice wasn’t afraid of spiders so she went straight for the door and this time it wasn’t locked. She opened the door quietly but it still had a big creak when she pushed it. She went in and there was no riddle. Alice was surprised. She walked straight through the hallway and came into the shop. “That’s why you should never touch any of my stuff Alice” Mr Movie stated. Alice knew he had been watching her.

“You know Alice, this shop has experienced many things ,but nothing in here has been like you.Good bye now” the owner said pointing at the door.

Alice walked out the shop not know how he knew her name and with millions of questions in her head. She turned around at the shop and said “Mr Movie what…” Alice paused. She saw that the movie shop had now turned into a bakery like it used to be.

She scampered home and didn’t know a letter was flying in the air behind her with her name on it. As soon as she got home the letter the letter went in her letting box straight through into her house. She opened the letter slowly and an amazing map was inside.

Alice then realised that the shape of the leaves looked strange: they had the feel of a normal leaf and had a recognisable shape to them.It then came to her. “Poisonous ivy!” she said to herself. She quickly sped out of out of the bush, itching her arms and legs at the same time. Running at the top speed she knew she had to discover this world just a little more.

She sees more bushes just like the one she was just in and tries to avoid them all she can. She then saw that the grass was turning green again and everything around her was turning into its normal colour. But oddly this didn’t happen in her dream. The sun became yellow, the clouds were turning white and the sky blue. She saw all her surroundings clear now.

Then she heard a rustling in the bushes. Alice knew there wasn’t any animals around her. She went to walk to the bush but then remembered that Mr Movie was in this strange world with her so she slowly crept to where the noise was coming from. Alice then heard the noise again and recoiled from her spot and slowly walked away. She ended up turning back behind her and ran to the door.

The second she started running back a terrifying raw came from out of the bush. She nearly built up the courage to see what hiding in that bush. The she heard the sound again but this time it was twice as loud. Alice started running for her life.

Itching her arm and her eyes watering she ran. Faster then she had ever run. The second she reached the door it was locked. She twisted the handle and still nothing. Except for a small gnome who suddenly appeared. It then grabbed poor Alice’s arm and look her towards the bush…

Chapter 2

“I am the owner of the shop.My name is Mr Movie.Never touch anything in my shop.”said the old man.You could tell Alice was confused. “But it’s a shop and how are you going to buy things if you can’t touch them.”said Alice.You could tell the man got embarrassed by the way his face turned red and that he didn’t say anything.

A few seconds later Mr Movie disappeared behind a door which looked extremely old.So Alice decided to follow him.When she tiptoed through the door, only a quiet creek was heard.When she stepped on the other side, there was about 100 different buttons.But she didn’t know that one of them would open a door at the other end if the hallway.

She didn’t press anything though.Then she spotted a riddle on the wall.Little did she know that that riddle would be the number button on what to press.The riddle was really easy because Alice always practises them at home.The answer was 99.She pressed that button and the door creeped open just like the sound she heard earlier.She scampered inside and saw some of the most strange but most incredible things she has ever seen.

Her small heart was pounding but not the scared kind.She was so excited but she had a lot of de ja vu about the familiar place.Then she realised she had been here before.She didn’t know if it was in a TV show or maybe in a dream but she was 100% sure this was in one of her day dreams.She never thought this would happen.But inside was an orange sky with purple clouds and yellow grass.Then her skin turned red and her finger tips blue.

She traveled further into this odd place and saw the most creeping thing ever and this was not in her weird midday dreams.She was surrounded by all her worst fears.She didn’t know how Mr Movie new all this absolutely her.She was so scared that she ran for the door, but the second she got there it disappeared.Running for her life she sprinted into a yellow bush with black flowers.Then she became itchy…

Prologue
Alice was always a little strange.She would do gardening in the middle of the night and would eat really weird things like strawberries and mayonnaise.She had never been curious though.I guess Alice is that girl from school that a complete scaredy-cat.One afternoon on Halloween she went for a walk in her town.Then she saw an out of place shop called The Shop Of Mysterious Movies.As you now know she was not that curious.So dos she go in or did she back out.

Chapter 1
One afternoon on Halloween a strange girl named Alice went for a walk in her local town.That’s when she saw an out of place shop called The Shop Of Mysterious Movies.She wasn’t a curious child in all but she took a deep breathe and stepped inside.

Wherever she looked it had some kind of movie theme.But first she went to the area of her favourite movie Harry Potter.On the shelf Harry’s glasses sat still next to the Goblet Of Fire.But little did she know that just one touch of any incredible antiques would set of an extremely loud alarm.But she kept looking until she found the Marvel section.First she went to the Captain America shelf.His shield, outfit and mask were there.She still didn’t touch anything because she knew her mum told her it was rude.But the shelf underneath had her favourite marvel character in it.Black Widow.Alice knew she needed to touch her makeup pallet that she used on set of the Marvel films.So she did.The siren went of while she covered her ears.

“Don’t touch anything little girl!”shouted the owner of the shop.You could tell the shock she gave her in her face.The owner had blue eyes that shimmered in the sun and a beard that went down to the floor.You could tell he wasn’t impressed.

I would take the crimson
ruby ,a vampires blood and
the yell if a scared little girl,

a magical white pearl, the
strength of iron, the power of
peace and the kind heart of a
brave elephant,

the pop as a bubble, the fizz
of lemonade and the noise of rain
bashing against a window,

smoke from a beautiful and burning
fire, the snap of a led of a pencil and  the
squeak of a new pen being used roughly,

the heat of a burning volcano placed on the sun,
snow from the highest point on Mount Everest,
ice from the famous iceberg that hit the Titanic
and the flash of lightning,
