Hidden things in trevaylor woods !!!
On Monday, I watched an elegant multi-coloured blue tit gracefully gliding through the great oaks.

On Tuesday, I touched the bumpy brown bark of the beech tree while it slowly whispers its secrets to the robins as they land on its branches.

On Wednesday, I caught the light yet rough seed of a spectacular sycamore.

On Thursday, I smelt the stunning scent of freshly frothed water from the bewildering waterfall that was perched at the end of the river.

On Friday, I collected a handful of broken pottery from the shallow depths of the stream where ripples pass across its waters gently.

On Saturday, I tasted the evilly-delicious taste of the green sorrel : its sour tang screwing up my face.

On Sunday, I walked through the overgrown pathway covered in a dazzling array of flowers as I imagine pixies guiding me through the bushes.

On Monday, I saw a blue – green dragonfly dazzling brightly like it had been carved out of a jewel hovering above a softly swirling stream

On Tuesday, I find a sycamore dancing in the breeze, a small lime green bud swaying gently.

On Wednesday, I touch the bare bluebell bank wondering when sprouts as green as olives and tiny bells will bloom again.

On Thursday, I tasted blood, staining my finger like a traffic light, warning me to stop before I enter soul-stabbing swords as small as ants, growing on the floor.

On Friday, I hear a woodpecker slowly chipping his way into an oak tree looking for wood lice in the depth of the bark,

On Saturday, I captured a ladybug crawling on a curl of a furn unfurling for spring.

On Sunday, I dreamt of a deer prancing in pale moon light hoping that it finds its herd.

Hidden nature

On Monday, I walked to the old forgotten tree trunk solemnly laying on the muddy forest floor, waiting to be noticed, as silent as a mouse.

On Tuesday, I heard silent swishing of a million beech trees gently dancing in the breeze like no one was watching -swish!

On Wednesday, I noticed a wise old owl perched in the oak tree, watching over the forest like he owned it .

On Thursday, I discovered a huge vast stream, gushing and flowing with algae-covered stepping stones fighting for their life against the rough rapids.

On Friday, I dreamed of a tiny elegant fairy flying around the bushes, gently picking fruit, disappearing as quick as a flash when a woodland creature comes.

On Saturday, I touched the magic wishing tree and patiently wait for my wildest wish to come true.

On Sunday, I watched a shrew-hunter swoop high in the sky watching and waiting for its next victim.

ON MONDAY, I SAW A BUZZARD GLIDING, AS GRACEFULLY AS A BALLERINA DANCING AROUND THE STAGE.

ON TUESDAY, I FOUND THE FINEST SNOW-WHITE MUSHROOMS PERCHING ON AN ANCIENT OAK TREE BRANCH.

ON WEDNESDAY, I WANDERED TO THE PREHISTORIC OVERGROWN RIVER WALK-WAY USED AS MUCH AS A PENCIL ON A BLANK PIECE OF PAPER.

ON THURSDAY, I DREAMED OF A MAJESTIC DEER GALLOPING AROUND THE AUTUMN LEAVES PRANCING TO AN ELEGANTLY DEAFENING SONG.

ON FRIDAY, I SAW THE HOLLY TREE GROAN AND TUMBLE ONTO THE SLEEPING MUD.

ON SATURDAY, I HOPED TO SEE AN OVER-EXCITED RAINBOW WHICH DEFINITELY ATE TOO MUCH SUGAR.

ON SUNDAY, I CAUGHT A GLIMPSE OF LICHEN RUNNING RELAY RACES UP A STEEP BEECH TREE.

Lost forest

On Monday, I found a wonderful ruby-red ladybug climbing onto a beautiful bluebell.

On Tuesday, I heard a calm stream with a stick swishing by the rock.

On Wednesday, I saw a beautiful shiny beetle crawling onto a stinging nettle.

On Thursday, I dream there is a breeze settling onto an emerald and amber mossy log.

On Friday, I saw a cloud gliding in the sky as white as a piece of paper.

On Saturday, I found a tall oak tree stretching up to the turquoise shimmering sky.

On Sunday, I touched the chilly water in the stream as cold as a block of ice.

On Monday, I spotted green ily plants, dumbing yo an old beech tree.

On Friday, I Watched a dozen fluffy cotton balls hopping along field

On Sunday. I dreamed of me lying amongst the well-covered mossy branches of an oak tree.

On Tuesday I Walked along a rushing river.

found some bluebells On Thursday. I heard

soft and delicate as of a woodpecker like a

On Saturday I noticed a shiny teal beetle scurnging in the ferns.

On Monday, I observed a deep, squelching swamp waiting patiently for someone to stomp on it: squelch, squash, gurgle.

On Tuesday, I heard the soft, soothing sound of the nearly silent stream: drip, drop, sssssh.

On Wednesday, I felt the sole petal of a disheartened daisy,waiting slowly like a sloth for its companions to come back.

On Thursday, I discovered shady shadows dancing dramatically like wind itself.

On Friday, I touched the shell of a bottle-blue, ground-treader fumbling and bumbling around carelessly on the emerald-green grass.

On Saturday, I found a million clumpy clouds gradually drifting across the turquoise sky: swish, swoosh, whoosh.

On Sunday, I felt the icy cold stone wall knowing it’s the guardian of whatever lies ahead.

On Monday, I ran my fingers through diamond water as soft as hair from a month old baby but as fast as an hour glass.

On Tuesday, I watched a figure of a fox darting through a field,as if late for dinner, chatting on his hurried way home to the bracken like an old friend.

On Wednesday, I heard a lonely woodpecker creating her home or searching desperately for food as she thinks of her future family.

On Thursday, I found a river dragon basking in the warm sun, flat on its belly, disguised with gemstone scales. As a brown oak reveals his location by bending and twisting his branches, shining the sun on his small body.

On Friday, I dashed across the river-crossing. As I slip, tall beech trees laugh. I stand up and wander down the path – the beach trees fall silent.

On Saturday I dreamed of woods: where magic thrives and animals make homes; a wood where magic and non-magic meet; a sunny woods of tall beech trees and great oaks.

On Sunday, I felt the warmth of the sun smiling down through the branches of dancing trees like a warm blanket covering my sorrows, lifting my worries and regrets away.

On Tuesday, I heard a grand wood pecker, pecking away on a 1,000 year old oak tree as it’s slowly sways in the wind.

On Wednesday, I noticed a dragonfly dance over a water-road glistening in the blazing sun mixed with morning rain.

On Thursday, I watched a fire-fox appear out of its burrow to capture her prey

On Friday, I touched a baby rabbit as her birth-doe rubs her body against my leg.

On Saturday, I tasted a safe mushroom,as sweet as sugar cane dancing with roasted stinging nettles in my mouth.

On Sunday, I wondered about splats of yellow gorse prickling people and animals as they go by.
