Sliraffe – Ella – Y6 OWLS

                                          The sliraffe

The Sliraffe went extinct over 100 years ago. In the early months of 2021 it was discovered in China, drinking from a light yellow stream. Unfortunately, it is targeted for its soft, grey fur. It is normally found high in trees in the desert. However, scientists have discovered that they have also been found in the Himalayas. Their food supply is blueberries and strawberries, which have been found. Also, these pets sound like cute little pets, they get vicious around humans and will attack at any moment. Zoos advise to stand at lest 3 meters away from them or they will leap at you.

The Sliraffe has a ********** neck, which helps them eat leaves high in the trees. The disadvantages to having a long neck, is when they try and get the food lower down on the ground it can be quite a stretch and hurt there neck. Amazingly, its grey, fluffy fur helps to keep them dry if they go into lakes because of this it keeps them nice and cosy in the winter. Its legs are rather short. Consequently, Sliraffes are rather slow and look odd because they  have such a long neck. Its claws are sharp and pointy. Weirdly, they  only use them for sacking of tree branches if there in the way or too high up.

Sliraffes normally just stay huddled up in there house, unless they are hunting for food. Surprisingly, they don’t like being held captive in a zoo when people are staring at them. However they do like to be the centre of attention and sometimes they can even cause mischief and damage. Additionally, if they are held captive in a zoo they have to be secure so they don’t escape to the local town. When they are mad they try and attack the nearest person or thing to them. Most of the time they are rather happy!

Panguar by Bella

The panguar

On the island of Neverbelieve, the panguar was found 2 years ago, sitting on top of a damp field filled with bamboo shards. Weirdly, this creature is a panda mixed with a Jaguar. Moreover, they enjoy running far distances and also climb tall trees for amusement.

Interestingly, in the summer they have a pearly white skin covered with caramel brown spots although in the winter they have a hazelnut brown skin tone with black splotches across it. The majority have brown eyes but a few have blue or green eyes. Furthermore, they can grow to the size of door.

Surprisingly, they like to adventure in other animals dens. This means that other animals get angry which results in a huge danger issue for the panguar. However, they do have great fighting skills this means that they have a great chance of surviving.

The foxham

The Foxham

People have been looking around the world trying to find the rare foxham there was only one sighting of it but it’s hard to find it. It has been known it hides in trees making a home. People made traps to catch the foxham but the foxham avoided them. Hunters tried to find the foxham and they didn’t find it anywhere there was no evidence of it. It was nowhere to be seen everyday they look for the foxham but they cannot find it anywhere. But then there was another sighting it said it was in a cave which had a tree which was in a forest.

The Guineasloth By Will

                                                         THE GUINEASLOTH

On the isle of Everything the Guineasloth is found in the Forbidden Rainforest. The small mythical creature is endangered due to people hunting them and taking them as pets. However, they are furious creatures and do have very sharp claws. Furthermore, These animals are very well known creatures and were thought to be extinct but an explorer discovered a variety families on the isle of Everything. Weirdly, this creature is a mix of a Guinea Pig and a Sloth which makes the animal we know now the Guineasloth. This animal has been around since the Roman times and was first found in Rome. Surprisingly, it is now in a forbidden forest.

Despite this creature being very attractive it has some differences to over animals. Generally, they have very furry skin to keep them warm in the winter. Also, its famous bulging eyes are very unique because they point out so much. Its razor sharp teeth jagger out of there mouths like a bone of a chicken.

Most of these Guineasloths enjoy hunting for insects such as Ladybugs, spiders and there favourites beetles. But some like to build dams and dens the most well known dam they have built is on the river Pen. Therefore most of the river pen is a ditch in the ground. These creatures are very inspiring and should be saved.

Tigerloth by Sebastian S

                                Tigerloth  by Sebastian S

In the isle of changle the Tigerloth is commonly found close to small villages. It eats a variety of vegetables found in farmers land. It is a large creature. It normally sleeps in long grass because it is camouflage and will not be seen by hunters trying to get there fur.

Generally, they have black fur with dashes of orange. It has long dirty claws which are used for cutting roots of there food. Its tail is long and slim. It is mainly used for scaring away predators. Also, the swirling tail threatens others. Weirdly, they grow spikes on there head. Even though sloths or tigers don’t do that.

They enjoy climbing trees, sleeping and running fast. They can make them selves very skinny so they can fit in small spaces. Unusually, there scared of loud irritating sounds. Tigerloths can have over 8 babies at a time. They do not migrate. The government say to never pet one and take it home because they are really dangerous. Moreover, never run from one always back away slowly. They can run up to 70mph.
